Even though the guys are currently on hiatus from band related activities , I respect that each of them are still able to keep me interested in each of their solo projects

That said, I so can't wait for AKIHIDE's 2nd album to get released in Autumn ! Amber is pure perfection , the BEST album of 2013 , hands down!

Staff member mi updated the staff blog last night in which mi wrote/talked about the latest updates on DAIGO's solo project .

mi wrote about DAIGO's debut single Itsumo Dakishimete / Mugen∞REBIRTH that debuted at #8 in the 1st week of release & on the very same day on 31st July when Itsumo Dakishimete / Mugen∞REBIRTH was released , DAIGO held the 1st of 5 back to back handshake events at 5 different prefectures in Japan .

For the very 1st 1 , it was held at Fukuoka's Canal City Hakata which mi included the following photos from that day as so :

Finally (for once xD) a really nice shot of DAIGO ! mi wrote that DAIGO sang Itsumo Dakishimete which wasn't planned as it wasn't a mini live + handshake event but because of fans's requests , DAIGO sang the song acapella on the spot :D

Not because of DAIGO (I digress xD) but it's the T-shirt that the little boy wore which was from BREAKERZ LIVE TOUR 2009～2010 “FIGHTERZ” & I bet DAIGO was surprised to see the boy wore it while he shook the fan's hand as it's a really old concert T-shirt from such a long time ago .

That said , the guys's FIGHTERZ era still reminds as 1 of my fave era with still a lot of great memories as it was around that time I started to get heavily involved in their fandom & I never looked back since then :)

The Itsumo Dakishimete performance took place at the end of the talk , somewhere around the 11:11 min mark . Talk wise , it's basically full of nonsense which's all DAIGO's fault xD

I don't really learn anything productive from whatever DAIGO has babbled about with the hosts LOL

But on the other hand , I really like his performance of Itsumo Dakishimete on the show & I guess this will be the 3rd / last time he has sung it on a music show ?

The camera really captured a lot of very good angles of DAIGO towards the end of his performance *____*

Yes, it is. I think the history lineage for NTV's Friday late-night music program has been AX Music -> Music Fighter (2005-2010) -> Happy Music (2010-2013) -> Music Dragon (2013-present)

To be honest , even my friend never heard of Music Dragon & so do I :O

I think it's the same just like Gekkan Melodix ! where it's now renamed/known as Premium Melodix ! , as the hosts for both shows are still the same

Except in this case , for Music Dragon , Becky doesn't host it unlike what she did for Happy Music

Oh is that so ? xD I frankly like Itsumo Dakishimete a lot more than Mugen∞REBIRTH but PV wise , Mugen∞REBIRTH is much more entertaining if not expensive xD

Funny that I disliked hearing the preview of Mugen∞REBIRTH at 1st because I thought it sounds like a poor man version of CLIMBER x CLIMBER + Nounai Survivor as all the 3 songs were used to promote Cardfight!! Vanguard :x

Except in this case , unlike x CLIMBER + Nounai Survivor which both songs were composed by SHINPEI , Mugen∞REBIRTH was composed by DAIGO

But then again , DAIGO said before that if he was given a theme/concept to write , it's more easier for him which's why Mugen∞REBIRTH is so Cardfight!! Vanguard driven especially the lyrics where he emphasised so much on the different terms used in the game

The offshots for both Itsumo Dakishimete & Mugen∞REBIRTH are so hilarious , I almost laugh & cry so hard/badly all at the same time :roflmao

I'm still astounded how much Daisuke has changed as compared to the 1st few times when I saw him initially around 2 years ago + . Daisuke looks very different now , which I don't know is it for the good or for the worst haha

And as usual , DAIGO was being an 'idiot' once again ~_~ For Daisuke to address him as Senpai ; Senior felt so weird to me as Daisuke behaves in a more level headed mature manner unlike DAIGO ~_~ xD

Aside from DAIGO's usual nonsense , at least for a change , to see him and Daisuke playing/choosing guitars in the guitar shop they were in was nice & that's the side of DAIGO I like the most .

I take that anytime of the day as compared to the air head DAIGO that appears on TV ~_~ but I digress of course ;D

Yesterday's episode of DAI AN Kichijitsu was an interesting episode as the 1st 1/2 of the show , it focused on the Shimane Prefecture PR Ambassador press conference that took place on 31st July , on the same day when DAIGO's debut single Itsumo Dakishimete / Mugen∞REBIRTH got released .

The 2nd 1/2 of DAI AN Kichijitsu is when DAIGO's junior Kurita Emi was sent to interview DAIGO☆STARDUST before his Kaette Yuku DAIGO☆STARDUST concert was held last month on 26th July at Shibuya Public Hall & uh the results was less than impressive to say the least with DAIGO☆STARDUST being quite a erm jerk to her D:

DAIGO no doubt looked great at the Shimane Prefecture PR Ambassador press conference but for him to use SMN (which stands for ShiMaNe) , it's another 1 of those ~_~ ~_~ ~_~ moments .

For him to get 'ambushed' if not 'stumped' by his DAI AN Kichijitsu colleague during the post interview , that was so amusing xD

For DAIGO☆STARDUST to completely walk past DAIGO's junior Kurita Emi at the Shibuya Public Hall lobby , wow that was .. shocking D: xD

But not as shocking when Kurita Emi walked inside his dressing room & DAIGO☆STARDUST was scolding the staff while he was doing his costume fitting for MARIA O___O

Man what a jerk you're DAIGO☆STARDUST xD & I find it quite amusing that DAIGO was watching all of this in the small green box on the top right side , it's just so ... weird o_O

At least DAIGO☆STARDUST kinda make up for things when almost towards the end of DAI AN Kichijitsu , a little bit of partial Kaette Yuku DAIGO☆STARDUST concert footages was aired , from the opening track MARIA down right to the encore songs ROCK THE PLANET + Eien no Space Cowboy .

And yes the phrase DAIGO☆STARDUST Eien no Spacey came back haha

Morale of the story - do not pick a fight with DAIGO☆STARDUST & I wouldn't want to do that either D:

Yesterday , DAIGO called 55 lucky fans who received a phone call from him , as 1 of the prizes given in the Itsumo Dakishimete / Mugen∞REBIRTH lucky draw , should all 3 editions of the single was purchased
