do they even sell chinese albums in japan?

and even so, would it mean that the chinese press of alan's album be of better quality than the japan press, or the japan press is always superior no matter just what language the album is in?

im kinda hopin theyre not higher quality, cuz i dont wanna get jpn press of american cds > _ <

edit: i have never bought a chinese CD before..
its not fair if japan press is superior! :wtf
