if they are doing that just to gain profit,they can actually open the fans club to international fans.i believe many international fans will join :P

I'm willing to pay but it wouldn't get me all of the perks of joining if I were in Japan. So it's kind of like, a disregard for us other fans...?

I'm in the U.S. too and ABSOLUTELY would join TA if it was allowed. So I don't feel bad in the least for getting info or leaks from them.

That said however, I do NOT want to hurt Ayu in any way shape or form, and if she wants it kept to herself and TA I would have to try and respect that. Now I almost feel guilty. I love Ayu and appreciate her so much, and I don't want to go against her wishes...

^yeah, you're right. I really wanna join TA very much. But if Ayu wanna keep it with the Japanese only also I wouldn't mind.

Not saying this because I'm in TA myself, but I don't understand all this sarcasm and TA-bashing.

This was the information update posted on TA site itself. The 3rd line says very very clearly: Jacket covers LIMITED to TA. Of course, when people still leak them after reading this, some members are going to get angry. It's like a direct violation of ayu's and avex's wishes.

Think about it, TA members pay to be the first to receive information and release updates. Whether they choose to leak it out, it's up to them. They have the right to withhold the information, and no one has the right to say they're stingy/selfish. They paid for the privilege, afterall, and it isn't cheap.

Same goes for her TA blog entries, they're supposed to be exclusive for TA members. That's why I always only post translations, never her original Japanese text. Even so, if I ever get found out, I'm 100% sure I'll lose my TA membership.

Yeah, I understand it's sort of unfair that TA is only limited to Japan, but that doesn't give us foreign fans any right to bash the members. At the end of the day, TA is exclusive (rightly so), and there's nothing anybody can do about it.

My post was just bringing up the arguments that people were having after finding it on BBSes. It seemed to be getting pretty crazy before people stopped. I see where the TA members are coming from when they're a little irked about what's going on with information, but I suppose it happens a lot. It's the first time I've been reading this BBS during a release, so it was interesting imo.

Yes...? That's usually the case for these early releases like for NEXT LEVEL's covers and etc...

usually TA will update covers some hours before official website(or at the same time)
But if TA added "LIMITED to TA"
then official update will be later than usual

avex always do updates like"squeezing the toothpaste."
and they seem don't worry about ayu's sales volume.

that is not an european cover style,
it looks cheap: if they make an picure and photoshopped the background.

Now I'm totally confused. [even though it is not truly confirmed] TA members are receiving different jacket covers? If that is the case then I think they rightfully deserve it considering how much $$ they contribute to avex's and ayu's back accounts. (not trying to sound sarcastic)

No, these are the jacket covers. The limited to TA means that it's only uploaded to the TA website so only members can see it first before the public (official website).

That's pretty much true and I understand what you're trying to say. Japanese people generally seem to think that way, which is in a way a good thing.

However these are just the covers that everyone will get too see in a couple of days and we all know that the TA members do get their money's worth in many other ways (ie tour lotteries, extra bonuses, TA magazine...) which the majority of us can only dream about. So while I understand some might feel they got cheated in a way, I kinda think that the fact that the 2 very small pictures got leaked isn't that big of a deal :)

On the other hand it's pretty unfair that we don't get the chance to legally join TA from our countries.

I don't think it's unfair we don't get to join legally, After all Japan is her main market.
