I still love the album to death, cause those 5 songs are good, plagiarized or not, and the album has still other epic songs to listen to.

No way she's been arrested. GD actually wrote/composed a song that was plagiarized and he got nowhere near a cell.

This doesn't seem to have affected her much either though. She's still promoting and people are still asking her to be on shows. Last time she stopped all promotions and went into hiding. The only difference between this time and last time is the singer was bigger, less songs were involved, and the song accused was the lead promotion track.

I don't think anything will happen to the album until a lawsuit is filed.

Once a hearing is held and if there's good reason to proceed with the case, like there's enough evidence, then, I think, sales of the album will have to be halted but until then Mnet, Bahnus, and Hyori can act like nothing is wrong. :P

Interesting how it doesn't say anything about the six plagiarism accusations on the album.

I think it's rather cowardly of Hyori to just jump ship from Mnet without addressing this. She has to take some responsibility for it since she did actively promote and perform some of the songs and is credited as a producer for the album. She can't say she didn't have anything to do with it when she benefited so much from it. :P

I still don't think I'm going to continue following her though. I wasn't ever that big of a fan anyway and the only reason I bought her albums in the first place was because I received Dark Angel in a trade after it had gone out-of-print and become rare. I've tried to listen to her for awhile but nothing has ever really clicked beyond a few songs.

It's great that even though she's making it clear that it was Bahnus that duped everyone, Hyori's still accepting responsibility for her role in all of this. :yes
