im actually very proud of myself, i have gotten my closest friends to be obsessed with Big Bang ^_^and its awesome because there are 5 of us and we all love a different guy!! (well except one, who went from Taeyang to T.O.P to Seungri but the other friends who had claimed these guys wont "give" them to her so she's back at taeyang :laugh now just me and her joke that she's having a secret love affair with T.O.P and seungri behind their backs) its awesome :cool plus they watch different stuff then me so they are always showing me new things and im showing them new things, its awesome lol i love my friends~~ :heart in fact one of them just texted me last night and said "i seriously want them so ******* bad, why have you done this to me!? lol" :roflmao

Its really strange how since I was in highschool more and more people in western world are beginning to grow with the belief of Asians being attractive and talented. I got teased A WHOLE TON for liking Asian culture, music, movies and anime. However, I'm happy to see it's coming around. :D:D
I really think if we give it some time that eventually people in the west might slowly grow to like it more and more.:) |

@Lizzyboo Its funny about America's portrayal of Asian males. To them, i think its more like being always pictured as dorky martial arts masters. Just look at how they portray Jackie Chan half the time. Also, i still meet many here that actually believe that stereotype about Asian males being small in the drawers if you know what i mean. Sad too. They need to open their minds and broaden their horizons.

Most Asian celebrities are hot, and some Asian guys in my school are total hotties XDD Depends on what you like though. For instance, that Jin guy from KAT-TUN is yucky to me. And so is DAIGO from BREAKERZ lol.

I hate when Asian people (both male & female) dye their hair straight light blonde. I dont think it looks good on them. I like a lot of the dirty blonde, red and browns though. Also, what gets me (no offense to anyone) but many women in America complain that they want guys who are caring, but sensitive to their feelings, emotions etc. Well from my personal experiences, thats what Asian males seem to be brought up to be for the most part. I've had plenty of asian guys as friends, my roommates etc and they all have sat and listened to me during a bad day, helped me with things without asking, stood by me when i was feeling sick or in pain etc.

^Very true. We're all just people regardless of culture, race, religion etc. Doesnt change anything. As u may have noticed i said "for the most part" in my last post. That's cause i have met a couple Asian people who are jerks same as people of other origins, but have also met people of every background that's nice and friendly as well.
Oh, there were two really lazy and rude boys from Korea when i was in highschool. In fact, they got so bad that they had them sent back. I'll assume their families weren't too happy. Most Asian people I've met though seem to really like me. Some have even said that I'm cute. :D |

^Yes. i did notice that. however, on BIGBANG album they kept pronouncing "Top Of The World" as "Top Of The Word". I think they're still having small trouble with the "L" in pronunciation.

they are very good in english but they are not fluent or anything, GD and TOP are probably the best since most of their raps are in english lol but taeyang is very good too (though wedding dress in english or bad, to me anyway) in their youtube thing, Taeyang spoke in english the whole time and no one else said anything else really lol
