I never thought I was singeled out. Yet I still wanted to explain myself so people didn't think I was just complaining and had so substance underneith it. But thank you anyways. :)

I have never said that Ayu is too thin. Or that I think she looks like that in person either. (She looked perfectly healthy and fine when I met her in London for an example). I just think she looks too thin on that picture. Maybe that's what you meant too and you think she looks fine on that picture. That is more than okay. That's only personal taste and I guess. Rather than taste I should say "personal references" since that picture paints up bad memories of mine and scars I've seen this industry provided my friends. But since I do have those irl insights of the modeling world, maybe it's not that strange that I feel this negative way when I look at that picture.

I'm not saying that she never can take pictures from the side either. I'm just not that comfertable with that precise angle and shadows that kind of (at least for me and my sensetive brain) makes me think that Ayu is holding in her stomach to make her look more thin. Also the illusion of her ribs showing more than they really do feels unconfortable for me.

Ayu IS beautiful. She really is. She's stunning in reality. It's just that picture and the pictures illusions I'm bothered about. Not Ayus real appearence and body because they are truly amazing.

it is fine, but it looks like panasonic add, than a regular photoshoot (panasonic and rimmell add was always way TOO photoshopped)

With Ayu, she has never been "too thin" - she has never been bony or scrawny. She is very small and petite but that is HER body-type! She has always looked healthy which is what matters the most.

i have to say they probably overdid the body on that profile angle photo... the line is just too straight to be natural, in general they always soften the lines on girls in photos so I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same with Ayu, as good as she looks in real, it's never good enough for magazines, cuz they want the unexisting perfection.

Loves the cover. The cover story pictures is nice too. Is she change her hair color into light blonde? Thank God if its true...I hate that pink hair.
Once again, totally failure photo campaign. Its weird in so many ways.

Yeah this is pretty tame compared to those WE MEN shots (although there wasn't much skin they were very suggestive) and she has shown way more of her body on the latest album cover, not to mention her ads for Wacoal lingerie/bras. Oh, and the "NAKED TALK" spread in ViVi. Plus she's in bikini in that Deji Deji Diary book. So, at this point, the only thing left for her to do is go full nude. Lol.

I don't think they really photoshopped her body that much. The shadows look a bit off, but they probably adjusted lighting so that her body would look like it had the most 'definition' ESPECIALLY since the issue was about her body maintenance and her great body.

I don't think they're that bad, either. I think they stand out so much because she's advertising them.

I don't think she looks weird on that pic.. maybe it's the shadow in the stomach, as others said before.

As for her head.. yes, it's quite big compared to her body xD
