I was just about to post that I saw the new single listed on CDJapan, but I didn't know that the tour DVD/Bluray is being released on the same day as well! As usual, I will be skipping out on ordering the single as all of the content on their singles (unless noted otherwise) end up on their albums but I'll definetely be preordering the limited edition Bluray of their tour!

I loved FLOWER POWER but hated Love & Girls. I think this song will be along the lines of FLOWER POWER so I'm optimistic. Looks like they're still on track to release their 3rd Japanese album this year, as they're following a similar schedule to last year.

I loved Flower Power too. Sooo catchy, fun and awesome dance. Just hated the flight attendant outfit in the MV. Ugh.

The t-shirt is actually really nice! Personally, I was expecting it to be quite plain since it's just a shirt that's accompanying a tour DVD/Bluray, but honestly, I prefer it over the shirt that they sold during their tour. I preordered a copy of the limited edition blu-ray last night so I can't wait to get it!

As far as the new single, I'm really looking forward to hearing it! At first I didn't like their previous single "LOVE&GIRLS, but it grew on me. In saying that though, I personally hope the "GALAXY SUPERNOVA" sounds more like "FLOWER POWER". However, I think I'm more excited about the second track "Do the Catwalk"! I hope it's a fierce runway type of song!

Although I'm not buying the single, I wish they would include a dance version on the DVD. For their last single, you had to send in a form to get a separate DVD with the dance version of LOVE&GIRLS(assuming this is going to be a song that is danceable) and I'm assuming it will be the same for this single. I'm concerned about the affect that this will have on their next album but at the same time, I can't see them eliminating an edition of their album by completely excluding dance versions unless they just try to make goods the sole gimmick of their most expensive edition.

I actually find DO THE CATWALK another interesting title, I'm pretty sure this will be another glamouros kind of single. Can't wait for the covers!
(And if I bear with atrocious names like "snowy kiss" or "sweet scar" by Ayu, I'm not gonna complain over a GALAXY SUPERNOVA or DO THE CATWALK by an idol group, lol.)

I completely agree with you. I could identify each of them immediately and think the only thing that has changed about them is the fact that they've aged, wear more makeup, and have changed their overall style. However, I do think that Tiffany's look has changed the most which could also be chalked up to those factors I listed.

I figured out that the girl on the group pic with the stars, to the left of Jessica is Zhang Liyin. She is famous today, thats why she has a star too. And the one I thought was Tiffany was actually Yuri.

Most of them some weight, and some of them did get stuff fixed, not all, but some. Add some skin bleach and tons of makeup, and a few years in age, you have SNSD today :)

^nop, sorry, she's not Zhang Li Yin. She's Chanmi, ex-member of Co-ed School and 5Dolls. She was kicked out of SNSD before debut

^ Zhang Liyin was also a part of SNSD. She was actually a part of the first original group, but she ended up going solo in 2006 instead.

Discovered that my sister is a big fan of this group so I'll shall be ordering her an album soon. She has requested Girls & Peace. Is that release any good? I don't know much about Girls Generation...

Their first Japanese album is much better according to most fans (including myself) but Girls&Peace is a pretty solid album overall :)

Thank you for posting the video! Although I think the song sounds a bit average for a title track, I have to admit that I absolutely love it! It's kind of hard for me to say that though, as I feel that it lacks uniqueness, but I keep playing it over and over again so I guess my actions speak louder than the opinion I'm giving, lol. Anyways, the set is the typical box that SM loves to stick their artists in, but I'm really happy that some of the other girls got a lot of screen time outside of Taeyeon and Tiffany. I'm also glad that Yoona wasn't front and center the whole time. I hope they continue to rotate the girls so that everyone has their time to shine.
