^no, because ayu doesn't use electronic ticket.
I've used ticket.co.jp and it is indeed legit. I've had no problem with it. The seller doesn't get their money until the buyer verifies they received the correct ticket.

I could be wrong, maybe you can enter the lottery through 7-eleven. I know most Jpop artists you can buy tickets through 7-eleven, but Namie can be quite the special case. You can't even use japanconcerttickets.com to buy her concert tickets even though they can buy tickets for most other artists.

Thank you! That definitely sets my mind at ease :) Now if ticket board would stop crashing and let us apply I could sleep easier lol

This is true. I was looking through that site earlier and they have everyone but Namie

KarenPang 13th November 2017 03:52 AM

Oricon wrote that Namie's last tour will expect to draw in 700,000 fans

And already fans ballot wise , more than 1.8 million have already been cast online D:

In a way , at least it's not 1st come 1st serve unlike here

I know demand was going to be huge but I didn't expect this D:

I wonder if Namie consider to add in more dates & seeing that her final tour will end in June before she retires next Sept , any chances of this happening ? :confused

Thanks, you're help is very much appreciated. Just trying to figure out where I want to ship the ticket to (which would not be a problem if it was digital) .. It need to be a Japan address, but I'm not sure yet exactly what day I will be there, since I'm waiting on the results from this lottery to book my trip...Is there anything like a PO box I can ship it to that will hold it for me until I can pick it up? I would ship to my Tenso but they don't allow you to pick up since they are a forwarding company.

Refreshing the page didn't work for me, so I just continuously go back one page and click the buttons until I get to the confirmation page. See if that works for you.

I applied for Sapporo and two dates in Osaka.

ShiniTakashi 13th November 2017 06:08 AM

I finally got it to work. I'm kinda glad this isn't first come first serve, because I would have no chance of getting a ticket at this rate. Still, seems like it's gonna be next to impossible anyhow.

haraiso 13th November 2017 06:08 AM

I just kept refreshing the page until it loaded, even if it came up with a warning that refreshing would resend the details I typed. It worked in the end :)

I applied for the first 3 dates of the tour in Nagoya + Fukuoka. Aiming primarily for that Saturday Nagoya date but I'll be happy with any ticket!

ShiniTakashi 13th November 2017 06:16 AM

^ I applied for the Wednesday Tokyo date, and then the final date. I know I probably won't get either, but I'm a little more hopeful about the Wednesday date.

haraiso 13th November 2017 06:42 AM

Best of luck to you!! :D

Man, I do hate that we basically have to be lucky twice haha. Once to win the ticket, and then lucky once more to get a good seat lol :tired

I've always wanted to be close enough to be apart of the giant balloon popping she always does.

1,8 milion votes were done in the online voting for the upcoming setlist, not applying for tickets.

And I wonder, why you guys are stressing so much?
As it's not first come, first serve, it doesn't really matter when you apply for tickets. You can do that till 22nd November, don't you?
Will be hard enough, but you shouldn't worry about application as long as you're in the timeline.

Really though, I am curious how the lottery works. Because I applied for ayu’s second chapter, two different shows, the moment tickets were released, and both shows I got 9th row, aisle seat or adjacent to someone else who had aisle seat. Is that coincidence?

It's a lottery, so if you get tickets or not is sheer luck. It doesn't matter, when you apply.
Which seats you get once you've won might not.
They most probably only assign seats to the won tickets at a later date. For Kuu e.g. foreign fans, who won tickets through the global FC, are often seated next to antoher.
While a bunch didn't even win tickets for the tour this year.

Im so glad u guys are able to get in. Im planning to try for the Nagoya or Fukuoka wan. And LOL...Im watching ayu on the 19th. Im trying to check flight routes if its even possible to get Namie on the 18th.

Any idea when can the general non-fanspace members ballot and when results will be out?

So she has her tour page on the ENGLISH ticketbo site am I right? Because I can't find it on their mainpage until I got in through the Japanese page.

Don't know if it works the same with TeamAyu but for my case , I wouldn't know my ticket number 1-2 weeks before a concert , be it if the number is good or bad

It's the same thing , be if you ballot tickets via an artiste's fanclub and/or general ticket sale balloting

The only ways you will know upfront if a ticket number is good or bad if you buy them on auction site or in a reseller's shop or on the day at the concert venue a few hours before the concert starts

Applied for 2nd & 3th of May since those are weekdays, maybe there's a better chance haha! So I could apply for one more, but if I somehow magically win all 3, I would need to pay all of them? Or possibly re-sale them, if there's a system for that like in the past?

Anyone else having trouble getting tickebo to recognize their fanspace registration? I keep getting stuck when trying to ballot for tickets with it saying it doesn't recognize my fanspace and/or access number.

"Your membership number or access number is incorrect." But as far as I can tell my membership number and birthday are entered correctly.

Nevermind. Found out that the issue is because I registered as a fanspace member while in Japan, but for tickebo while in the US. Don't know why that would effect anything. Had to do lots of work arounds but got through it finally.

Sorry to burst the bubble, but the reason she is playing on weekdays that week is because it's golden week. Just about everyone in the country has those days off. lol. But I'm in the same boat as you cause I applied for those dates as well.

I went for 2/18, 5/2, and 5/3. Now praying that I land one. And also praying that I don't land all three and wind up with a $600 credit card bill. lol

aloopy 13th November 2017 05:46 PM

Yeah RIP my money if I win all but it's worth it I guess, and highly unlikely to happen.

Honestly, I'm doing a Japan trip just to go to this concert .....well, to see my friends too, but this concert is the excuse. haha. I work from home though, so I suppose I have it lucky in terms of being able to schedule these kind of trips.

thinkingoutloud89 13th November 2017 06:10 PM

^thats the thing. I'm going to Japan twice next year, but I can't decide my vacation since I'm a teacher. I would have shifted around if it as anywhere near the official school-holidays, but all of them are out. It is okay, I'm not bitter, only sad because I didn't try hard enough this year and thought i try next year. Who would have guessed she retires all of a sudden lol

voltron 13th November 2017 06:25 PM

Good luck to everyone, and also to myself lol. I was really looking forward to going to Japan for Ayu's 20th Anniversary next year, but unless by some miracle dates align, that just isn't going to happen. Unless Ayu announces her retirement, I can always see her again some time -- but Namie, I've "missed" seeing her twice during trips to Japan when I couldn't find tickets, and I really want to see her once before she retires, and something like a Dome Tour would just be awesome.

Try doing it again, only do the whole registration process in Japanese instead of English. Gave me no problems when I entered my fanspace info in from the japanese site. Trying to mix my japanese registered fanspace account would not work unless the whole rest of the process was done without using an overseas account setup and application process. Have no clue why it should matter.

The general lottery using the CD codes will start tomorrow!

Not sure about how the CD Code lottery will work yet! I assume it's one entry per CD Code (With the fanspace lottery, you ballot up to 4 tickets per entry). But we'll find out for sure tomorrow! :)

Dance tracks volume 1 sold 1 mill, unexpected.

chocopockymaster 14th November 2017 11:40 AM

I'm so mad. My copy of Finally arrived yesterday and it's literally in pieces...the cover to the case came right off, the bottom of the case is broken, UGH. They're sending me a replacement and I have to return this version but you can bet your ass I'm keeping the lottery code.

So pressed.

tokyoxjapanxfan 14th November 2017 11:48 AM

^ oh no >_<
Where did you order from?

~angel*ayumi~ 14th November 2017 12:29 PM

my album will take ages from CD Japan <.<
Hope it will be in time for the lottery because I want to give my code to a good friend who wants to see namie live so badly before she retires.

Amazon.jp ... normally they package everything really well and their shipping is kick-ass but I'm incredibly disappointed.

haraiso 14th November 2017 12:42 PM

^ That's horrible about your album! :(
Hopefully your replacement comes quickly! you're right to keep that lottery code lol

Also, today is the first day of the ALARM campaign I believe! It's shot up to #18 for today.

https://i.imgur.com/4Trl1Cb.png

Here's to hoping it ends up in the weekly Top 10!

tokyoxjapanxfan 14th November 2017 12:47 PM

What's the alarm campaign?

haraiso 14th November 2017 12:56 PM

It's an unofficial campaign organized by fans to get ALARM to chart in the Weekly Top 10 since it's the only single of Namie's not to do so. (It peaked at #11).

They've organized it for this week (11/13 ~ 11/19) and it's pretty neat because TOWER RECORD stores across Japan have been actively promoting and supporting the campaign for a while now, both on Twitter and in the stores themselves.

I think for at least a few weeks now, a lot of the stores just have these massive walls of ALARM copies lmao.

chocopockymaster 14th November 2017 01:14 PM

That sign says they re-pressed the single because of the fan campaign lol that's amazing

Also , to add on regarding what S4MU3L commented , Oricon wrote that Namie is the 1st artiste in Japan music history to sell a million copies of her releases in her teens , 20s , 30s & now 40s

Is there any date stated for Public ballot results to be out? I know fan space ballot results are on 28th?
Or is it that all results will be out by 28th and its just that, public members enter the randomizer 2 days after (tomorrow)

Maemi 14th November 2017 05:16 PM

I really think it's highly possible that she'll hit the 2 million mark during the next year...

thinkingoutloud89 14th November 2017 06:31 PM

I hope ALARM can make TOP 10 but it seems 1st day is under 1000, which is quite low with all the new stuff coming out this week

haraiso 14th November 2017 07:30 PM

New docomo CM!

Woow one of the best CM ever made.
It's incredible how young she looked for 1992 period.
I'm not so familiar with her first PVs, what are the tributes ?
I would say :
1992 : Body Feels Exit (Not sure)
2000 : Say the word
2010 : WILD
2017 : not sure too but the color of the dress make me think of Fashionista

haraiso 14th November 2017 09:54 PM

Update on the CD Lottery!

It goes from November 15th to December 17th. So plenty of time for anyone who hasn't received their CDs yet! You can only apply for one performance per CD Code. And you can ballot for up to 4 tickets per application.

http://contents.namieamuro.jp/ba_ticket/index.html

I'll wait until the results of the fanspace lottery before I use my CD codes haha. praying I won't have to use my codes at all though

Also did anyone notice the backup dancers during the 1992-era are wearing her wedding announcement look? Same hair too haha.

And those sales are amazing! It's great to see a female solo artist with sales like this again!

That DoCoMo CM is absolutely everything! :heart

Omg that is so freakin long LOL
the competition is going to be so intense.

Thinking if its even worth to just pay a 2000yen admission fee to Fanspace just for this LOLOL

haraiso 15th November 2017 01:21 AM

^

It really is lmaoo. :tired

And if they take a week to announce the results, that means people have to wait even longer until around Christmas. For overseas people trying to go in February, that's not a lot of time to buy flights and prepare a trip lol.

I'm hoping that since the application period is so long... maaaaaybe that means she has a lot of tickets. :tired wishful thinkingggggg

Also I'm very surprised each person can ballot for up to 4 tickets . I thought it would be 2 given the huge demand

AJFmzk 15th November 2017 02:40 AM

I don't know if this is on all the CD versions or just the fan space ones, but here is the message from the back of the CD in case anyone wanted to see what it was:

Thank you for your support over the past 25 years.

I'll be there...

一緒ならきっと強くなれる。 be a Fighter.
だけど私もほんとはすごくないから。

素直になりたい。
飾らない言葉だけど、 届けたぃ。

心をこめて、 ありがとう。

出会えてよかった。

今夜からもどうぞよろしくね。
Can you Celebrate?

Hopefully it makes sense since I tried to pull the text off a photo I took with an automated program with minimal editing on my part.

ah...I thought it might be something like that since I recognized a few of the lines, but I definitely don't know enough of her lyrics off hand that I would have recognized it as entirely lyric snippets lol

It's pretty cool that they were able to put them together to make a coherent and relevant message though

Is the fanspace ballot still a seperate website altogether or is it now combined? Any idea? I have half a mind to just spend 2000yen to get an earlier result LOL

They're completely separate! So winners of the fanspace lottery will only be fanspace members. And winners of the CD Code lottery will be... basically anyone who bought the album lool.

That means fanspace members do have an extra chance if they lose the fanspace lottery, since they can just apply again through the CD Code lottery.

If you don't mind spending the money to join fanspace, then why not! :laugh

AJFmzk 15th November 2017 05:07 AM

^ I was actually just about to ask if you can apply to the same dates in both the fanspace and the general... thank you for pre-emptively answering my question! :)

The people you're going with need to have registered for tickebo and you need to provide the email address associated with their tickebo account before you can even complete your lottery application.

To those who have bought tickets to see Namie through tickebo before--have the rules always been this stringent (i.e. did you always need to tell them who else would be coming with you before they'd let you apply)?

inthezone 15th November 2017 12:54 PM

Namie is gonna block Kana lol
