There's no restricted sections, no different apps and no different membership types - apart from the mobile fanclub playroom and the main one Koda Gumi, Japanese and global.
The global FC doesn't get mail for everything, that's true, but the info is there, you just have to keep an eye on the date yourself. Shouldn't be too hard.

The fact that there is mobile FC vs. normal is odd. And I cannot access most of the Q&A content - it gives me a message that says it is reserved for long-time members. It all just seems unnecessarily complicated.

As for e-mail, I don't expect updates for everything - but tour lottery is pretty major. Considering the site itself is pretty unruly and doesn't have much of value to visit it daily, it would be easy to miss.

That's very odd, cause that's news to me.
I was part of both Japanese and global Koda Gumi till last August and could access everything without problems.
Imo it had a lot to offer (blogs, games and stuff), they were just pretty slow with updating.

There are two, cause the mobile one has all the blogs and the Japanese Koda Gumi don't have those, but the FC mag and the goodies instead. All the info and lottery is on both. (playroom is older than Koda Gumi and cheaper - they opened Koda Gumi when Kuu got popular)
The global FC has all the info and also all the blogs though and it's cheap with just 2.000 Yen yearly. No physical goodies there as well, but stuff like FC magazine is digital available.

While I really like the concept of the album covers, I'm not a huge fan of their execution. They just look so... dated? I think its because of her outfits.

I want a tracklist...covers are nice but I won't be seeing them much anyways.

That is what makes the covers look tacky and amateur to me. Other than that her styles for all the covers are great. I wish she had a different pose for the green/blue one cuz that outfit and look are fiyah, guess that one is my favorite but I need other shots.

Not to complain but I wonder what Kuu's staff is thinking promotion wise for the album. The covers are posted everywhere and sent to all major retailers yet there isn't a single post on any of her social media pages about the covers and NEVER ENOUGH is still the main banner on her website. Hope they at least decide to post the covers on her social media and update the main banner...

@KuuXAyu-fan They are probably waiting 'till tomorrow or something, when everything is out, so they can promote on media outlets and social media. So far the announcement is more for the fans, with the only thing being out for the general public is that she's going to release two albums this year, and people "know" this because of that guy who is a fan and paid his FC subscription with his first salary, or whatever.

Interesting to see that this is her 14th album, so W FACE Inside~Outside is just one project and doesn't count as a break to her streak of #1 albums. So far the only competition to AND is DaI's new album, and their latest album sold around 3k, so we might have another #1 in the bag.

WTF. These are probably her best covers since JAPONESQUE! Kinda blown away right now. And her font game is completely on point for this.

I'm pretty sure they posted the CMYK version of the pictures there. CMYK is the way you finish a file to print it. It have different colors than the Screen Colors (RGB). When you post a cmyk image on web, everything tends to be more saturated. Just a designer's info lol

I got tickets for both of her Hiroshima shows! :D I actually only really wanted one, just didn't want to risk applying for one and losing haha.

The shows are May 5 & May 6. I would imagine I would have to pick up the tickets myself, but not sure if they would check ID/membership upon entering or not. For TA tours, I had to show my ID to pick up the tickets, but then it's a rush to get inside so they don't check. If that's the case, I could theoretically pick up the ticket and then hand them off to someone else there - but only time will tell. I'll also be in Tokyo for Namie's Dome Tour on May 3, so that's why I'll need to figure out all my travel first before I can confirm anything 100%.

For global FC you have to show your FC membership card to fetch your tickets though.

It's already February 1st in Japan and the new month FC commentary was uploaded.
Kuu speaks about the meaning of the album and the songs on it.
AND is supposed to be a connector - Koda Kumi and you, Koda Kumi and fans, Koda Kumi and family, Koda Kumi and friends, Koda Kumi and love and so on - pretty much everything that's important to her.
She still is in process of deciding the setlist for the FC tour, but AND is an album directed at her FC fans. So that probably means we will get all songs from it at the tour.
When listening to the album, people should feel like attending a live concert or also a club, jamming to it.
It's an album with "cool" songs.

Based off the explanation I wonder if the lyrics will be personal between herself and the audience.

From that description I personally believe now, that HUSH will be on the tracklist, but not on the DVD
While NEVER ENOUGH will be on the DVD, but not on the album tracklist.
Would also make the 3 singles prior at least somehow exclusive in material.

I really like the music video. It's so fun.

The song is a bit basic but ok.

PARTY's sound isn't one that I'm too big a fan of but it is catchy. Although it doesn't bring anything special to the table, I have a feeling in the context of the rest of the album it'll be forgivable.

Regarding the topic of Kuu's music the last decade, I feel like some of her strongest tracks (for me) have been released this decade. W FACE disappointed me immensely but I'm honestly grateful that she's releasing TWO MORE ALBUMS less than a year later.

I liked the MV, not so much the song. It's catchy but nothing memorable imo, however I think it's only fair to wait for the whole thing to come out before making a judgment

Coming in, first to the lockers, where a lot of Japanese are changing clothes and checking make-up, then to the dancefloor and the bar next to it.

Noo she is my ultimate favorite artist. I am just not a fan of this Money In My Bag type-of stuff she has been pulling since 2014. But she's made this her staple image and I totally understand. At the same time I am pretty aware of Kuu's versatility and uniqueness so I tend to dislike some songs and love other ones on each album, and that is why I loved WFace outside cuz most of the tracks are to my liking. Songs like Bassline, Bangerang, Damn real, Cupcake, W Face fit her the best imo

I can't say much about the releases this decade because I'm loving pretty much everything, except for a few tracks here and there.

When I think about her music nowadays I always separate pre-motherhood and afterwards. When she got pregnant I really thought that she was going to have the same image that she had during Moon Crying, trying to be all simple and clean, but then Go To The Top came, with that gorgeous ViVi cover, then I noticed that our Kumi got a new sparkle in her life and career. It really divided her career and image to me, almost like the change to erokakkoi. She tries to be less safe with the releases, trying things that she likes and have fun doing it.
