I‘m not so much into her ballads, so I’m very pleased by this different mood mixes...

I really like what they did here as well.
The 1st disc seems to be pretty dark and aggressive in sound from the previews, while 2nd and 3rd are uplifting and chilly. I've preordered this time and didn't wait till later like usually!

To commemorate the theatrical release of DNA Tour Kuu is going to be at three of the screenings in different cinemas to greet the viewers.

Date: March 9

Cinemas:
- Itabashi - before the screening at 4 pm
- Minato Mirai -before the screening at 7 pm
- Ebina - after the screening at 7:20 pm.

Photographs and filming are prohibited, but her team and media will be doing that and viewers have to be ok with it.
FC members will be able to apply for tickets for all cinema screenings starting today, rest is only available through the respective cinemas later.

My opinions: overall is not a bad remix album, but it doesn't really replace any of the original songs, something that happened with me on DHit's 7. Some remixes are a bit "dated" in my opinion: Guess Who Is Back and WATCH OUT are the best examples, I guess KATFYR doesn't know any other type of beat, because it's the same from PARTY on DHit's 8.

This puts Kumi's career into proper perspective. Kumi had a late peak, which rarely happens in female J-Pop. What she achieved between 2005 to 2010 is impressive in hindsight.

Kumi was known for reviving interest in Jpop at that time. She’s accomplished a lot.

^ Indeed, they usually quit fast if they don't have amazing numbers, but I guess Kuu kept a good momentum starting with Cutie Honey. Had she peaked earlier she probably would be even higher on the list cause sales were already so low by mid 2000s.

I really miss the remixes by my Queen, but Im glad Kumi still does... even though I dont like most of her remixes.

kumi's last 2 remix albums are weak af in my opinion and I'm quite sad about that :( wish i could enjoy them more. at least i hope she doesn't stop releasing remixes anytime soon; unlike ayu T____T I'm quite upset about that tbh.

driving hits 4 is the best remix album for me.
hope y'all enjoy the new mixes more than me.

Looks like they include the full MC of the AND Tour in this release as well as all special performances she did for DNA Tour.
The FC edition is totally worth it this time.
Hope they add it to the global FC so that everybody can buy it.

Much as I like the photos used on the DNA video & live album covers , I don't think they capture the essence of what the tour is about

I rather see an actual DNA image chain used instead & maybe along the lines , Kuu's name & the tour name get intertwined with each other

On the other hand the goods made available for the theatre viewing are nice

I noticed I didn't mention it, it's only written in Kanji in the FC info I posted - the regular DVD and Blu-Ray of DNA Tour will only have disc 1.
I wonder why they won't include at least the behind-the-scenes for the regular release as well.
The cinema goods will be available on mu-mo and FC shop as well.

I was expecting some awesome covers (like the goodies) and then...
