Anyways, did you download the new single? Did you like it? I listened to it just a few hours ago, and I love both songs! Too bad "Last Melody" doesn't have a PV. I think "X" is the stronger song of the two, and therefore, is the leading A-side song in the single. |

I think the two song are ok But I miss her melancholic ballad as infection. I think her voice suits better with sad ballad than with pop song! |

I've downloaded two of her BEST albums in the past, but I couldn't get into any of the songs. So, I just sticked with "infection", lol. LITTLE BEAT RIFLE (the other a-side on the infection single) isn't bad, it's quite a good song. I think she might be releasing an album after that new upcoming single. I hope so. |

The last cover was not-so-good IMO, but the promo pic for the last one was much better than the cover.
Same with last time, I prefer the promo pic over the cd cover pic for the upcoming single. |

Sorry for popping out and being a bit off topic but I just heard chihiro for the first time, I heard infection and it's a great song!

Infection is easily one of the most moving songs in all of J-pop: fact. It just grows and grows and the emotional intensity of the orchestration is complimented so well by Chihiro's sincere and desperate sounding vocals. Also, maybe it's just because I don't visit this thread often, but I get the impression Hotaru isn't as praised as I think it ought to be. It really is a very good ballad. Other than that, most of her recent stuff has left me bored. Here's hoping that changes with the album!

All of those are really awesome, maybe for some you'll need a bit more time to fall in love with, but these all songs are full of win, I assure you ;) And Suna no Tate is also really good, like Celaphorce said! There are lots other songs by her that are great, but these are the most amazing ones^^ (at least for me, lol) |

Kagerou is really a nice song.
I really like the idea of the pv: color; ravens, kimonon,.. It's great but I think it's not enough. I grew tired before the end of the pv. |

The cover of the album is really nice. I never think that Chihiro would make that kind of cover. It would be more a Tommy Heavenly6 cover or Nana kitade'sone.
