I think I'd switch the pattern. Because the pattern of GOLD looks more romantic, so it would suit slower songs more and vice versa the SILVER pattern is more dynamic(?). But I know they're remixes, so the feel of the original songs might change completely...

it's scary to see an ayu's BLACK or GREYISH face. but i like it a lot!!! it's artistic. but the SILVER cover looks kinda like a kid's work.. u noe kids like to draw stars etc...

Remix albums have always had great covers and these continue that "tradition".
The style of these new ones is more modern than older ones. (well of course)

I hope the remixes are as great too. I've always liked Ayu Trance albums and Ayu-ro-mix albums more but now there are couple of big names that I like so looks good so far. :)

i completely agree they look like bad photoshop job. i think gold one is worst though.

honestly, could have been worse...the pic itself without photoshopping the face looks very beaut indeed/ I guess they would have better gave it a more techno look

although old remixes covers were much better...ayu-mi-x cover with short black hair is my most fav :)

I wasn't really expecting much/didn't have high standards since it's only a remix album. I think they're nice, though, and suit the "theme" very well. :)

As a designer/Illustrator, the best covers was Ayu Mix 4, they HAD an art director working on it. The make up, the clothes, the nails, the backgroud, awsome job!

The Remix Works 3, was awsome too, o love the Trance One *_*

But, well, I pre ordered it anyway /o/

actually, they are not the same shot. notice the different angle of the arm and the difference of height in her facial parts.

Ayu seems much happier in Silver, hehe.

I'm guessing they're not budgeting too much for these shots because they don't expect the album to sell that much.

Yeah, as a designer the bad burn part near the eyebrows makes me cringe a bit, but it's okay. Not as good as previous covers like her orchestra mix, but still passable.

It DOES look pretty photoshopped...but Ayu's expression is just mind-blowing/spine-tingling. Plus it'd look sweet if it was shiny sparkly-poo. GOLD rocks.

I agree that glitter/t2m/GUILTY/AB2/aym6 really... aren't her best at all.. but they're still good.

hmmm i'm glad they're two different shots...but her face definately looks more 'round' in the silver version. also, the intensity in the gold is on a different level entirely from silver.
