I guess it depends. If you watch the concerts, you can see the balls she throws have black writings on them, so we assume it's her signature. But if you look at the auction (at the top of last page, where the guy sells the tickets with the balls), there is the white A logo + Ayu's signature.

@ayu-cake: Sankyuu~ I don't think I will buy it yet, but that gives me a pretty good idea on price range :3 Question though. Why do some of them has a pink A on top, and others don't?

Maybe the pink A was a limited edition version?

The pink A is on a thin peice of card, that acts as a sort of cover. The third link shows you exactly what it is.It fits on top of the style book, the photobook and the diary.
It seems some of the versions might not have it, but they might have just not pictured it. When I won mine, it wasn't shown, but it was included when I recieved the package :)

As you can see, the difference is in the top of the OBI. And to the best of my knowledge, the top one is the JP version. But I do not own GUILTY CD version so I don't know for sure.

From what I can tell, the bottom one is actually the JPN version. (According to eneabba.net, anyway, and they're usually right.) As far as the bottom one goes, the sticker (on the bottom) on both say the same thing, along with the text at the bottom of the obi, so I'm not sure which version the top one is. :-/

They're both Japanese version.
What's written on top of the 2nd CD pic you attached is: "first press edition" (on the obi), and the round sticker says "with photobook".

if you see some bin qi bu (or w/e it is...) then its os version
but if u see the japanese version of ayu's name like both CD's in that post, then its the japanese version

Well, mostly because of the buyer. Altough, I Am... , Rainbow, Duty, A Best and A Ballads, are the most common bootles out there. Those are really easy to tell because of for example, the Duty one has a weird obi, the Rainbow bootleg has this weird grayish blue color. I have only seen some singles bootlegs on Ebay, and most are incredibly easy to tell because of the track list and/or the cover, for example there's one INSPIRE right now that has the obi on the bottom

It doesn't say anything about the photobook in the first pic, so I would guess there's no photobook (because it's not the first press edition).

There were! I have 4 copies for some reason and both of the CD only has it. Though only one of my CD+DVD has it because i got it from CDJapan while the other one my friend bought it at Japan.

Both versions of GUILTY came with the photobook, as long as they were first-press. When they were released, it was announced they would come with the same photobook.

It should really be "I cannot sell it because it is not a legal copy" or something along those lines.

And Neffiline - On some Chinese obi's, Ayu's name is written in Chinese...sometimes, the titles, too. A lot of it's translated into Chinese or whatever, depending on where it's sold.

Is it possible for the Overseas versions to have OBIs with Ayu's name written in japanese and the title in letters, just like Japan versions?

I got this 3 today, I dunno if they are overseas or what!
I own the ~japanese~ versions of these, so I know their obis aren't supposed to be that big in the front. From behind everything is the same as the "original" ones. I was thinking, oh maybe these 3 are overseas, but in the obi it says made in japan, avex trax, and all that. Same as the japanese version. Now, I know overseas don't have avex trax printed in the cd case. But these 3 do!!! haha

The only difference I have found is that in the side, you know where the cds say: AVCD and a number, this 3 say AVCX and a number.

So anyone know what these are?, I'm pretty sure they aren't fake either, all the contents are the same as the japanese version. I have never owned an overseas version so I dunno how they look xD

Yea they are RIAJ stickers, and hmm it doesn't says anything about hong kong or the like. I googled the termination AVCX, and apparrently the are official "first releases" (First presses if you will) of the copy protected cds, except they got outdated and replaced by the usual ones. I guess I'll end up selling these 3 too xD

Oh yeah, Ayu Trance 1 and 2 had first presses. The Ayu Trance first press is quite hard to find, I got lucky and bought from an auction that had both.

There is however, an unopened first press version of Ayu Trance in Yahoo if you can bid there.

I received two Ayupan's today (#'s 1 and 63), and I never realized how SMALL Ayupan's are!!! I always thought they were a tiny bit bigger. XD

^ That's out of print, so the only place you'll be able to get it new is either on eBay or YAJ, and who knows if either of those will have it. =(

and another question. Why people not ordering Ayu's dvd audio? i think it's better than only to buy CD version(as for RAINBOW) and MY STORY is region free just without makings. But i didn't noticed any dvd audio in collections of AHS members((((

I think that those are CDs are meant for CD rental shops. I've got some rentals and they have the same RIAJ sticker and the CCCD sticker on the obi that makes the obi wide.

What is the deal with Audio DVD? I know there is one for RAINBOW and one for MY STORY, but... I don't quite get the concept. So you put it in your DVD and it plays the album music... is there anything else? o.O

It's like a CD but with a better sound quality and a bigger case. But...

Unless, you have a good DVD Home Theater System you shouldn't buy a DVD-Audio since the major difference is that a DVD Audio has superior sound quality (Surround Sound 5.1) as compared to a normal CD. Another type of a disc that offers superior quality is the Super Audio Compact Disc which is the rival of the DVD-Audio but both formats are not very popular.

MY STORY DVD-Audio also inclue PV's!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! It have songs in both 2 and 5.1 channels and it have no region code. So if You want Album + PV's without region code dvd, you should buy DVD-Audio. But there is no making-offs

Hey, I thought to ask here about a necklace I bought a bit over a year ago from a japan-centered shop...
It's that necklace Ayu is wearing in this pic and that pic was included with the necklace.
I'm 99.9% sure that's not an official product, but I wanted to ask if anyone else has seen such a necklace being sold somewhere, and can someone confirm it's not official product? Because there were necklaces from such artist as Mika Nakashima too, and I don't think Sony Music Japan and avex would have exactly the same packaging etc for some fan stuff....
But I love that necklace anyways xD

^ To answer your question, avex does NOT sell any of Ayu's necklace, not her 'A' symbol ones, nor any that she's ever wore during a photoshoot. So yes, the one you bought is definitely not official. And since avex doesn't sell any, then any other Ayu necklaces found in stores are not official.
