Carols nail is so Kawaii. It probably takes forever to have those details glue on. I could never be patient enough. haha

I'm really glad they decided to release an issue featuring nails...it was long due actually. In magazines, they actually show the nails Ayu was wearing...you don't get that with her albums and singles. To make things worse, in many of the albums and singles, you can barely see her nails, or her hands are not shown at all. This is really unfortunate b/c as far as I've seen, Ayu always has the best nails. (Although it's all thanks to her awesome nail artists!).

For me, it's pretty hard to say which are the best...all of them are so damn sophisticated and detailed XD. This sure is a remarkable collection.

Ayu is the one who made me into nail design! (I don't do them myself, I just wear them lol)
I just can't not wear nails with some kind of design or unique colors! Hahahah
Many designs I've used are inspired by hers, I do miss this era!
I remember when I went to LA about 5 years ago and went to esNAIL, I was super lucky since the nail artist assigned to me was someone who had worked with ayu! They even had the Ayu Heart Nail Book and Colors of Hope by Leslie Kee there, both signed! :luv2
