i think the best second session was the one where the 2dvd version was so worth it! you got a cute little booklet and also the tour dvd which was great, and all of the pvs were amazing!

you're right on that but to a certain extent

why I say so is because I already have the CD + DVD edition of the album & I wanted to get the CD + 2 DVDs edition of it cos of the cover but after I realised the 2nd DVD's the same 1 as what you get in the Live Tour '05 concert DVD , I decided to get the concert DVD instead as it seems silly to get another edition just to collect the cover .

& besides I'm lucky in a way that I managed to buy the photobook separately from someone who sold it to me on here

Mine didn't include the photobook because in Singapore, they take away all the goodies and have them either replaced or not giving anything. They replaced the GUILTY photobook with a double sided poster, they removed the poster and stickers from Kingdom, they didn't include the HEART STATION poster. :grumpy

Guess I'll buy the photobook seperately if I ever find it.

I had to buy the Kingdom stickers & the 14 pages BEST SS photobooks separately from 2 AHS's members & the GUILTY and (m)u albums from ebay just in a bid way to get the photobooks :grumpy although for the Off My Day photobook , it was a lucky shot that I bought the China pressing of (m)u from some shop in Tiong Bahru Plaza which comes with it

honestly I'm relieved that the remix album has been shelved indefinite regardless whether the decision was due to scandal or no scandal

I think in a way Rhythm Zone wanted to cash in the fact that since BUT/Aishou & her live tour '06 DVD were gonna be released in the same week at that time they probably think why not throw in an album in the mix to be released too .

Not sure for the whole collector's item issue but I think there were limited pressings of the album which attribute to the low sales of B&L as compared to the enormous sales that the 1st 2 best albums ranked up .

er yeah about the album cover & pics , doesn't seem to match the whole theme of the album :no

& I still think that she should have included Unmei , Yume no Uta & maybe even feel in the mix , especially Yume no Uta . It will seem more complete in that way

The cover art doesn't really work with the album but it's one of the most eye-catching Kumi album covers IMO :D
I feel like the BEST album was kinda weird cause they included some B-sides [Saigo no Ame and...the Butterfly one :P] but they didn't include ANY Black Cherry ballads. And the remaking of you and 1000 no Kotoba...wasn't really necessary.

I think more of it was that the two BEST albums had something going for them. BEST ~first things~ got to ride on the success of Butterfly, which attracted a lot of people. BEST ~second session~ had hits like you and feel, plus it wasn't really as much of a BEST [at least to me anyway]

B&L really should have included the BC ballads , it wouldn't die , would it ?

for BEST SS - yeah it doesn't really feel like a best album . Damn Rhythm Zone wanna cash in the Koda fever that was raging at that time & it consolidated all the 12 singles collection too which worked .

I consider BEST FT to be more of a best album . BEST SS - not really .

I don't mind it either but I would've liked different ballads to make the cut. Personally, Kuu delivers my fav ballads so it's not boring to me. I think in a way the sales for B&L weren't really good because of the absence of some ballads that she should have included like feel , Yume no Uta , Futari de ... , Unmei & maybe even Gentle Words

if she included the ballads taken from the Black Cherry album , the sales will be better & the tracklist might seem more complete

I think that the BEST album should have spanned equally over Kuu's albums so that it felt like a complete collection of ballads from her as an artist. I honestly don't mind that much but they could have included some better ones because if someone buys the B&L without hearing ballads from the previous albums (like me), they won't get the full effect of what she can do...

And also, apparently that whole new album thing has been listed there for a while when shelved or something so I wouldn't go too happy just yet...I still think it's better if it's cancelled indefinitely anyway...

B&L - definitely , some of the ballads on the tracklist aren't exactly wow material & they didn't moved me as much as the new unreleased track Ashita e ... which's a stunning ballad .

I love the songs that were on BEST ~B&L~ but I don't like the album itself.
This album was only meant to milk fans out while she was at her top and very popular.
They could release kumi's ~interludes BEST~ with like 5 interludes and make PVs for them just for the sake of milking the fans until the end while kumi's hot and it would sell the same. That's why I don't like this album (mainly because of the DVD it's a total milking, ballads best is good though) , I love the songs inside of it though.

it's not that I don't like them but I just feel that B&L's a bit incomplete without the inclusion of some of her best ballads like Yume no Uta

Yume no Uta didn't win a lot of awards for nothing you know

So, Kuu's a-nation goods are seriously the best out of everyone's, even Ayu's. The only one of Ayu's I actually really liked was the glass mug. For Kuu, I'd LOVE that shirt, hat, and bag. :heart They are so fun and PINK!!! My favorite freakin' color! Loooove them.

I really hope this news about an album won't happen until AT LEAST Christmas. Jeez.

For me, one or two ballads is fine but a whole album would put me to sleep or make me wanna die.
