Gambatte everyone in London!

just got to my hostel (freakin slow wi-fi, gonna try again at a McD, that was a better connection).
It was just awesome. Her whole entourage arrived at 14h, and at 15h they came back out, and ayu was in a wonderful crazy outfit. But they asked us to wait 40 minutes until they would come back, then she have time. And then at 15h40, she was back and we were asked to come over and in a very casual manner she started signing our stuff, she was very friendly and took her time to make sure every got their autograph. It was just unbelievable. I got my AT2007 uchiwa fan signed and my Days/Green single. I'm so going back tomorrow (maybe this evening again too). We were asked not to take pics as they were taking lots of pics themselves. (So maybe ViVi diary or TeamAyu blog? ^^ )

Well, I'll do a proper write-up now. My phone died soon after I met her, so I couldn't say anymore....


Well, I met her today :D We went to the Metropolis first, but nobody was around, so we tried the hotel instead. We waited for a while, and then saw a black SUV-type vehicle pull up, and she quickly went inside. We hung around for a bit longer, as her staff were still waiting around outside the hotel, seemingly getting something ready. A little while later, she came out of the hotel, dressed in some crazy outfit, on her way to a photoshoot. It was a black skirt and tights, and a black jacket with loads of different coloured buttons on it. She was also wearing some hat which I think might have had the Union Jack on it (not too sure though) Her staff told some other fans to wait around 40 minutes, then she would return. We popped off for a quick Starbucks, as it was freezing outside, and then returned just before she came back.

We were then ushered over to her as she was coming out of the car, and she started signing our stuff. We were asked not to take photo's, but her photographers were taking loads of us, so maybe they'll appear on her blog / in a making of??

Anyway, she couldn't have been nicer, seriously, she autographed loads of stuff, and was having brief conversations with people. I got my You were.../BALLAD signed

Today I saw Ayu twice... Though there were some French fans (the ones from Paris XDD) that saw her two more time a bit ^^

To explain it...

Like Ian said...(I don-t remember the rest of the nick sorry xD) My friend and I were there at 6am... we had met with Ceresu and her friend. As Ian said, until 12pm she didn't come so we were there almost dying XDD Staff started to go outside the hotel, and started pointing at us so we understood they were planning what to do.

We talked and said not to take pictures of her because she may feel uncomfortable, we prefered to ask if we could take a pic ^^ Also we said to do as Japanese fans, to make a line so that ayu could go one by one signing and so.... So we created the line and waited while singing. It was funny because all the people who were entering or going out from the hotel were looking at us like saying: WTF? Some of them even approach and asked if we were waiting someone famous... of course we said: a singer, Ayumi Hamasaki, and they: aaaaaah.... XDDD

There was a Japanese man with a camera from Ayu staff that took a pic of us, and came to our side waiting... I don't know if he wanted to make sure we were calm or something... or maybe he was only interested in us XDD

At least Ayu was coming!! She was wearing a rockish costume, I can't remember it perfectly... I have pics from a mobile someone took and I'll upload them tomorrow. She was wearing a really high heels (and even with them she barelly was taller than me XD) and tight pants. Around her hip she had 3 pieces of cloth of diferent colours, blue, white and pink... I though about that photoshoot in a recent magazine with a British look. She was beautiful!!


When she approached, instead of going to the first and then go one by one she stopped in the middle of the line and said: what I have to sign? XDDD because we didn't move and she was waiting for us to give her things... so after that we all put around Ayu. Stan said that we couldn't take pics, that she would come later and we would be able to take pics. Of course, we don't know for what it's that dress... but the French fans who saw her later that said she was wearing another dress also British-themed, so maybe it's for RIMMEL??? cause I don't think it will be for the booklet or a PV...

Well she signed everything, she was going from one side to another, smiling all the time, she was stunning really!! I had my present and letter for her, and when she signed me my MW box I said: Ayu, it's a present for you. She looked at me and while taking it she said: Thank you!! But her face, her eyes were looking at mines, she REALLY and sincerely expressed gratitude!! I couldn't do anything but smiling!! She was really kind! For example a user here (relmy) asked her to write in a paper Happy b'day to her niece, and she did it and asked kindly something, I don't remember, but relmy will sure remember every single word XDD

So after some minutes, Stan started: well, this is the last one! But then Ayu started signing another one XDD and like that 3 times, and finally left, we said thank you ayuuu! and she thanked us too and waved her hand and smiled to as while leaving ^^


After that, for what I know from French fans, she returned to the hotel twice. The first one they couldn't approach, she had to leave, and they saw her in another dress, but the second time she was wearing normal clothes and signed some things again.

Then, I went again, at 7 to the hotel. We were Gi, me and also Crea-spain who came today! Also the French fans ^^ We waited some time, and around 8:30 she arrived with banchou and stan with a ban. We went there and asked to take a group picture! So again we have another pic ^^ This time Stan didn't say anything and he took 3 cams to make the photos. Also there was an official photographer with a BIIIIIG cam taking the photo too *.*

After the pic Crea-spain showed his CDL 09-10 towel and ayu asked him why he had it xDD He said that he went to CDL and ayu was surprised. Also he said he came from Spain, and ayu asked when. hehe. He gave her the new photobook of her latest tours, and it was really funny XDD she said to crea-spain: "What's that?" LOOOL!!! XDDD and she looked at it like: WTF, she signed it, and said to Stan: "nani kore?" + what's that? XDDD This woman is incredible really XDD

After this conversation, she shook hands with everyone saying good night ^^ and she left!! She was wearing short jeans and a big white wool sweater and also high heels ^^

We are leaving tomorrow (T______T) but we will go before to see her for the last time if we can ^^

And I forgot to say. When she was signing us all the stuff, random people, old man and so came with a piece of paper to ask her for an autograph XDDD I though: who are these people??? XDDD Also her photographers were around us making photos like crazy!! it was strange and surreal!! XDD

I really don't want to go alone since I am afraid I might get lost or miss Ayu or something, plus I would love to meet AHS people..

Man darf schon allein fliegen, aber man muss zum Flugplatz gebracht und vom Flugplatz abgeholt werden soweit ich weiß. Und von Stansted wird einen kein Hotel abholen (Taxikosten für Hin-und-Rückfahrt wären über 100€)
Wenn man nach Stansted fliegt hat man eigentlich schon die Arschkarte gezogen. Es liegt eine Fahrtstunde außerhalf Londons.

Ich fliege mit Ryanair und den einzigen Flughafen, den die ansteuern ist Stansted, aber das ist auch ne Ecke raus aus London, wie es aussieht. Allerdings habe ich auf der Ryanair Homepage gelesen, dass ein gültiger Reisepass für den Flug genügt, ich geh aber morgen noch einmal hin und frage persönlich.
Ich schreibe mal dem Hotel und frage, ob ich da bleiben kann. Das dumme ist nur, dass das Hotel für die nächsten Wochen nur noch Doppelzimmer frei hat..

Stansted ist schon weit ab vom Schuss, oder? Ach, so ein Mist.. Ryanair ist schön günstig, das könnte ich mir leisten. Ich schau mal eben, ob ich bei anderen Fluglinien zu dem anderen Flughafen fliegen kann..

EDIT: Ich hab gerade nachgeschaut, andere zumindest Lufthansa ist schon zu teuer für mich u ich glaube, bei allen anderen brauche ich wohl auch einen Personalausweis (der mir noch nicht ausgestellt wurde-.-)... Ryanair ist eigentlich perfekt bis auf diesen Flughafen..

also, ich hab nochmal ein paar Erfahrungsberichte gelesen u da sagen die Leute, es gibt auch einen "Airbus", der von Stansted nach London City fährt und 10 Pfund kostet. Man kann die Tickets direkt dort am Flughafen kaufen.
Allerdings ist der Bericht von 2000, weiß also nicht, ob das ganze noch aktuell ist.
Wäre klasse, wenn ich mir ein Zimmer teilen könnte..
also vielen Dank für die Hilfe erstmal. Das das ganze so kompliziert werden würde, hätte ich nicht gedacht.. In Tokyo zB habe ich ein Hotel aufgetrieben, in dem es kein Problem ist, mit Erlaubnis der Eltern als unter 18-jähriger da zu bleiben, aber das ist eine andere Sache.

Ich denke, ganz unmöglich ist die Situation nicht, nur schwierig. Wenn ich einen Transport ab Standsted finde kann ich ja mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln weiterfahren bis in die Nähe des Hotels. Ich hätte auch das Geld, da ein Doppelzimmer zu nehmen im Notfall, wär nur etwas ärgerlich.
Das Ding dabei ist "nur", dass ich unter 18 bin..

Now I've booked my hotel. Hallam Hotel, the location is excellent, only 5 minute walk from Oxford Circus and next door to the hotel Ayu is located on. Paid £ 95.00 for two nights, including internet and breakfast. ^^ Are there others from AHS who also will stay in this hotel next week?

Das erste Mal als ich in England war war ich auf einem Austausch, also hatten wir einen Bus gemietet.
Beim zweiten Mal musste ich sogar 4 Mal hin-und-her weil es Probleme mit dem Mietwagen gab(die wollen da 600 Pfund Kaution bar auf die Hand o.0 Die Automaten geben alle maximal 400 raus). Wenn ich mich recht erinnere bin ich das erste Mal mit einer direkten Buslinie nach London rein(das ist glaube ich die für 10 Pfund), das dauerte aber 2 Stunden, also dann mit dem Stansted Express(viel schneller) hin, mit dem Stansted Express zurück und am Ende nochmal mit dem Stansted Express. Er ist halt nur ziemlich teuer. Sehr hohe Fahrtkosten und einen ganzen Tag vergeudet...

If you manage to see her, tell her about the fact she should do a concert in Europe, even one! And ask her about what she is really doing in London (album, photoshoot, Rimmel thing,...) XDD.

Just to inform you, be aware guys, Stan-chan told us today that Ayu will be leaving London next Friday, as much next Saturday... so be careful if you plan to come next weekend to advance the trip cause Ayu could leave London on Friday or Saturday at morning.

Ayu today was hoarse and couldn't leave the hotel but we send through Stan-chan a bouquet of pink flowers and she sent to Stan-chan up to 4 times to keep us informed of everything that was with her, Ayu cares deeply about all their fans, she's a very nice person, so adorable, WE LOVE YOU AYU <3

^Oh! Hopefully she'll get better and can meet you tomorrow. So Friday already? wahhh....

What time of day have you all been seeing her? I want to go either Thursday evening or Friday morning. Thursday would be perfect for me though as it's my birthday and that would be the best present ever! =D And plus I get to have the Friday off from work but am busy in the afternoon.

Hmmm ooooo that’s not so great news... I guess it's worth a shot to try once more and try seeing her Friday Evening. I'm hoping she'll try doing as much as she can for her fans on the last day in London, but if it's true... I just hope I will be able to catch her on Friday =)... Then at least we can contact each other to keep ourselves informed if she's really gone or not.

Just got home now. I had waited with the others (from Spain and France) all day in front of the hotel, but I had to leave at 18h05, while the last update from Stan was that she might to go dinner by 18h30-45. So I might have missed Ayu by 30-60 minutes :(
Can the others give me an update if and when she came out? I'm still super happy with my signed stuff from yesterday ^^

What Stan exactly said about their stay: was that the original plan was until friday, but if the shooting took longer than expected it might be extended to Saturday.
So I think the people who are meeting Ayu during the week, should start asking her (or Stan), starting from wednesda perhaps, how long they will stay. Many fans have planned next weekend, but I guess Sunday is totally off unless there are huge delays. If she stays until Saturday, I might come over again from Friday evening till Saturday.

^ we all missed her... don't worry hatix... you can understand how gi and I feel now.. with all the stuff about the plane and so.. she is too sick for coming out!

Well... mmm today it was a bitterwheet day..

first of all I have to say to you all that AYU IS LEAVING THIS FRIDAY!!! Stan said us that they will leave on Friday.. maybe saturday if the shot (of a PV I supose) isn't finiseh.. so people.. if you really want to enjoy Ayu wou have to fly there on wednesday... to se her maybe wednesday night, on thursday and sey bye bye on friday... (I don't know if crea-spain said it already...)


So, about today...

We were in front of the hotel at 8... at 10 one guy from ayu staff (we call him the iPhone guy) came and ask us: are you waiting for japanese?. It's like.. XD not for japanese.. for AYU! we said yes, and he showed us her iPhone, sying, ayu can't come now, she has send me a message.

it said: please, if there are fans waiting outside of the hotel, tell them to go and stay in a warm place. If they want to wait maybe I will go out at 12 at noon.

It was in english. I asked him: it's really from Ayu. He said yes... yes I was able to see "Ayu" in the screen. We were so... overwhelmed.. you know.. how whe was worried about us and she was saying at which hour we should go... Before that two uf us went to a flower shop and we bought a bunch of flowers (I will post a picture later) they were pink roses and some other kind of flowers, really cute, it was amazing... we also made a note saying:

It has been great to meet you Ayu! We hope you will come back soon to Europe! Thanks for being how you are!

At 12 we were there... at 12:30 Stan-chan came for the first time. He said us that Ayu was a bit ill, and her voice wasn't okey because London is so cold, and that she wasn't going to go out for the moment... that we should go to somewhere and wait if we wanted warm and that she wouldn't go out before 4.. so at 4 or 5 she would come. He asked us if we wanted to give her something so we gave him the bunch of flowers and said him that there was a message.

We came back at 4 and waited... and waited... then Stan came for the second time, he said that they would come out at 6,30-45 to go to the recording studio. cre-spain and the french gilr gave him a letter for ayu. Here it was whene we asked Stan when they were leaving.. he said, as I said, at Friday, but that they are recording and also doing a shot (so or it's the booklet or a PV...) and that if they could not finish it by then they woulg come back on Saturday...

we all were back at 6... we waited and waited... and also like at 12, the staff bans, her driver, and other staff members were out waiting... at 8 the iphone guy came, we already knew what he was gonna say us... she was not going to go out. Only a few minutes after that Stan came for the 3 time... He said us that Ayu was too sick, that she couldn't go to the recording studio and of course couldn't come out and see us. He said that he was sorry because we were waiting for all day... He also said that all the staff was going out and leave her alone resting. I said him to say to ayu to take care and get beeter soon... we said goodbye and that's all...

efectively all the satff was outside going in different directions, they all waved us from the car, also banchou was going with other staff walking and she waved us as well and we said goodbye.

So... we are kind of sad now... My friend and I cancelled our plane for one tomorrow because we were only 4, so it would have been so personal, we wanted to have individual pics with her and speak a little, not signing anything, just let her know what we are writting in all our letters... I'm really tired, we were there from 8 to 8....and I think I got a cold too... of course it's sad and it's dissaponting but I don't regret being there all day.. of course it's not Ayu's nor Stan's fault... we also said him thankyou so much to him, Ayu and all the Staff because they were really kind to us letting us know when we could come and to care about us and say to go to a warm place. Really I feel really thankyou it's like Ayu cares more of us than for herself!!

I'm also sad because she's ill.. and that's a pitty because she has to end recording the album and make the shoot... so she has to feel really bad right now for all the staff that is here waiting for her.. and she's so a good person that she might even feel bad for us waiting outside!! :(


so well... it has been a sad way to end this amazing weekend... But een though I can get good things from today (at least we talked a lot with Stan, Ayu got our flowers and message, sure she knew about us... We also think she was looking at us from the window...) and I've got a lot of things!! authographs, pics, seen her 3 times, talked to her, touched her... I'm even at TA!! my mum called me this morning to tell me XDD) It has been amazing!!...

sooo... nothing more... now I can only say some advices to you all guys...

As Ayu is ill I don't think she will go out tomorrow morning... If you go there normally she gous ut at 11-12 so I wouldn't be there waiting until 9,30-10... before it's kind of useless... but we didn't know so... XD Also maybe se comes back during the afternoon some time around 4... but whe won't be on the hotel until 8 or later if she's doing something.. but before 8 it would be strange... If I were you I would be only at the hotel... you know.. it's 100% sure she willc ome out and come back from the hotel.. while you don't know if she's oing first at the studio or to another place and so...

Also and advice of how to act. They don't like crazy fans that scream and take pics of her all the time.. she feels uncomfortable... of course if you want to do that you can... but if you want them to be kind to you and talk to Ayu you have to be wuite, whe WILL come tou you kidnly, she will sign everything and more you will give her, she will accept everything, and for fotos, before doing anything ask for a pic, and it will be better that make her feel uncomfortable or make Stan get angry with you...

Tha's my advice... also I tell you she will make a group pic if you are few people or only when she's ariving from somewher... if she's coming out fron the hotel she won't stop for a pic, only signing... If you are a lot don't spect her to pay atention and talk a lot... only when we were 4 and yesterday 7 whe was talking... and yesterday she knew perfectly that Crea-spain was new, and that the other saw her already... I'm sure she remembers me and my friend, and also the french fans so she spend more time with crea-spain ^^

mmm nothing more... XDDD I had a kind of only looking-philosophy, I only have pics where I'm with her that other's took... I wanted to see everything and remember every single expressiond and movement and word she did not seeign her through a cam.


So... enjoy Ayu if you are going, I wish you all the luck and hope you will be able to meet ayu as well!!

The flowers looks very nice, and i think the message says somthing like "It's great to see you, please come back again to Europe" lol It was a nice present to Ayu guys :) I'm sure she is very happy she recieved somthing so nice from her fans :)

Poor Ayu. I've heard how very cold it's been in Europe, and I guess it doesn't get that cold in Japan.

Ayu and her staff seem like some of the sweetest and absolutely nicest people. True, I've gotten that feeling from her off-shots and making-of's and such, but to hear everyone's experiences... Next time she comes to mainland America, I am so going to meet her. Haha.

I wrote it on my last review.. to sum up:

- 100% sure you will see her at the hotel morning/afternoon/night, don't try to find her enywhere else...

- she won't go out before 10.. so be there around 9:30... it's a wast of time to there earlier, even though we did it.. we didn't know what to expect... so now you know it... then she will probably go out around 11am and 12am... then return a few tiem around afternoon maybe... 4-5pm... and she won't go back to the hotel before 8... she can arrive early like 8 or late like 11pm

- as I said.. please.. if you want them to be kind to you.. don't take photos without asking permision, don't go to her running or like crazy, she will come to you... if stan says something, do it XD if not Ayu will go away and it will be more difficult for you....

- if you are few people like 4-7 it's perfect, she will talk to you and spend some time.. if not doesn't expect her to pay atention... even less when she is leaving the hotel... she has to be somewhere in time.. so it's better to ask for pics and so when she comes back....

I think there's nothing more to say... if you act liek this they will be kidn to you... you know.. yesterday the staff was so worried about us waiting outside 12 hours... they cam eto us leting us know when to come or so... really, it was great...

I really wish I could travel to London now. Unfortunately, I have exams. My friend will 'stalk' Ayu and give her my letter, he said. I hope she would recieve it.
I'm not really a person who writes letters to a celebrity, to be honest; I think it's stupido. But for Ayu, I take every chance!
And yeah, reading letters is a good waste of time in your journey high in the sky. Japan - London, London - Japan isn't so nearby. So, maybe maybe...

^ What about budget airlines? Easyjet? I'm sure they fly from quite a few german cities to London. Travel agents usually cannot book easyjet flights for you, sorta something you have to discover yourself and book yourself.

If you had time I would have told you to get a Visa debit card - can use it as a credit card but it uses your own money. But ayu would be gone by the time you got one.

just let people know that Ayu came out of Langham hotel today at 12:20 pm, she did very fast and we almost could not take pictures, only 4 fans there (me from Spain, leotomatic from Malaysia and 2 Chinese girls that are studying in Manchester), she will come back around 4pm (Stan-chan told us that and sorry for being so quick but they were hurry)

I know this has been mentioned before about her leaving either Friday or Saturday... But if any of you can... Or can remember to do so... Can you ask if Ayumi is staying until Friday night maybe? Or until Saturday morning? I really want to know an exact kind of day she's leaving... I myself am going to try and get to London Friday Evening around 6am... that’s the only time I can be there... So I really want to just make sure.
