I totally agree. I wish they could just come up with original pieces, because alan would be a great addition to the music industry in China if they worked on giving her nice, unique songs meant to be sung in Chinese. Xin Zhan, I think, is so much better than Shin Sen, because it's the original.

I also think a duet with Sa Dingding would be sweeeet.

lol I prefer new Chinese songs, but if she want to add some cover songs from my life to the new Chinese album I won't mind it. Just don't choose 見つめていたい or Call my name ~X(

It will be nice if the new PV is really for Chinese new album. Her previous Chinese songs never got their own PV, all was same taken from the Japanese version PVs.

Same here....you can really hear how San Sheng Lu, San Sheng Shi sounds a bit awkward in Chinese.....sometimes her words sounds much more Japanese because the original song is meant to be Japanese!

Same thing with Chi Bi and Kuon no Kawa~ I prefer Chi Bi!

I always thought my life sounded a tiny bit Chinese-ish in melody.....being Chinese myself. I mean....I hope we won't have a my life do over....the only songs I would like re-done in Chinese are probably my life and Kuon no Kawa (which already appeared on the first Mandarin album)....although I don't want some weird sounding thing like the Chinese Ashita e no Sanka....it just doesn't sound right.

As many mentioned...definitely go for the Voice of Earth album.....also, from her 2nd album, there's also Kuon no Kawa and my life. Those are basically the only two really good songs...the others are just ok pop songs.

So, I was thinking about the ballad overdose of Voice of EARTH and the upbeat pop mix of my life, and I was wondering if anyone's made a playlist combining the two or taking the best from each album? Just curious.

The only non ballad songs I listen to from alan are Over The Clouds, Sora Uta and BRAVE. She does have nice upbeat songs....its just there are other artists who can do pop just as good...I just prefer alan's ballads I guess.

I'm pretty convinced that she will release "my life" in Chinese xD which I don't really mind :/

i actually feel that my life rested on the pictures (photobook, covers, artwork etc) more than on the music/videos itself.

VoE was such a good album... it was pretty obvious that they worked really hard to make that album great and almost having a single out of every song of it... which didnt seem to work.

so obviously my life needed to be a lower budget album that actually sold good in comparison to VoE and with much less! which is great i believe.

So even if the company sounds mean, i pretty much think they are doing a favor to alan, putting her voice and works out there so someday people will really appreciate her:P
