Stupid customs, stupid annoying laws; what could you possibly do with a mug that contains peaces of lead?!

I mean this box it's really expensive and unique! And they want to take a part of it? Partly destroyed, opened, incomplete??? NO WAY!!!

Mi sugerencia es preguntarles si no se puede tirar el té y que te envien el resto de las cosas que por lo que dice la página no debería de haber ningún problema

If it gets sent back to amazon.jp, and they will accept it (they have to accept it if it's still in good condition, that is if customs handled it with care) you will get full refund right?? aww this just sucks so bad.....

I don't think he will get shipping refund, and they have to accept it even in bad condition because this item never was delivered to the customer

wow i understand why its being held have you read this : Lead is a poisonous metal that can damage nervous connections (especially in young children) and cause blood and brain disorders. ( i understand it have to be at high level to affect your health dramaticly but still...)
there was the same problem in US with something called melanine in plates and mugs .

honnestly i m happy i didnt get those cups knowing that fact .why can't they make a healthly paint or something ?

exactly .... i would expect japan to produce quality mugs . on this avex and ayu should have been more carefull .

i mean when you look at those fine pottery and china they make in japan none of them contains leads.

they try to make everything the cheapest possible even if it means putting the fan health at risk . im really disappointed by avex.

imagine a pregnat woman using the cup everyday and not being aware of the leads on her cup .. this could cause serious problems

i wouldnt be surprise if those mugs get either recall or avex start to receive health complain from people that used the mug
