I've read the first few Japanese tweets and they're all complaining about how they can't understand English and she should talk Japanese.

By date maybe, but by time would be sorta impossible since it doesn't give it exactly.

Twitter does give the time of tweets. Usually tweets that are 24+ hours old have a timestamp by them. All of Ayu's tweets are less than 24hrs old, so they're all going to say "...about 17 hours ago via web" or whatever.
