I believe they are referring to her large entourage, not fans. This isn't the first time I've seen something that mentions her entourage (staff and dogs) being an annoyance, so they probably mean that.

they should be happy that their sales has gone up while using ayu as the ambassador..~!

I don't find their reason for her to be THAT bad...

Ayu is high profile, high status, she always has her entourage.

She must, first of all be very expensive to get at all, and then she has to be taken care of, treated, along with her staff, which is large and personal...they don't just hire some random cheap people...and thats all on top of production costs...

Some of these I find quite rude though. I can't imagine that any representative of a respectable company would come out and say these things publicly...but you never know...Japanese people never ever cease to amaze me with their ability to be so politely rude. You don't even know you're being insulted lol

Poor Yamada Yu <3 She isn't that popular though...
