All their cheesy videos and lyrics about being this impossibly good boyfriend and 'love' and 'I'm so sorry'~ ugh. :eviltongu Gimme SNSD or a Hello!Project unit over a DBSK, Johnny's or whatever anyday.
I don't get the AKB48 fad though, they have like two or three good songs and the rest are absolutely dull. Same with Momosu. The only good Japanese idol units I can think of are the H!P kid units (C-ute and Berryz Koubou) and sub units (like Buono! and S/mileage).
Annnyyyways, I can totally see this group epically failing on the spot, lol. SUPER GIRLS? lol

LOL Super Girls apparently was meant to be the rumoured name of So Nyuh Shi Dae. Funny how Japan took that one up.
I agree abotuthe boy band lyrics. I remember back in my big spazzing SHINee days, as much as I loved the music....the lyrics..I remember my first time reading the lyrics to A.MI.GO and just dying a little inside as to how horrible they were. Maybe I just have high standards when it comes to lyrics because of Ayu, but now I don't bother to look up lyrics unless they're artists I have already confirmed as SAFE FOR READING.
Also I agree about the female voice thing. I never understood why everyone else liked listening to boys more...I actually find girls voices so much more pleasant and easy to sing along with. That's why 80% of my favorite artists are female.
