Are you sure that the B Girl thing couldn't be talking about hip hop style? In Japan they call people who are into hip hop fashion B Boys and B Girls. With the headphones that are usually popular with that style, the joke could be that they are calling Ayu a hip hop girl, the sunglasses and sweater also adding to the look. Nise is also imitation, right? So, fake hip hop girl.
