I prefer the CD+DVD version! That's the one I'm going to get. The PV was recorded the first night she met fans in LA. She had the same hair with the little braids and even though you couldn't tell she was wearing that because of the big jacket, the picture posted on TA later that night she was in that outfit.

I like the CD only cover better. Ayu's lips look weird in both pics, but CD only's slightly better. o.o

Like the CD more, but getting the CD and DVD. It's the same with love songs, why are the CD Covers always better? (imho, of course) anyway, the difference is minimal here, so I can of course live with it.
