Guys, remember that you have to change your address on mu-mo aswell, not just on TA!

I made a small tutorial on how to change your Tenso address! ;)

What about for mumo?? do we change the address when we are about to pay for an order (check out) or something??

I changed my address on TA... Now... I need to change my address on mu-mo, can someone say how?

Could anyone order through Team ayu shop with the new address?

The is a line (the TS xxxx..)that you should insert before you approve your order, I tried in many variations (from my tenso details) but it always says that there is an error. I didn't have it before the whole new address thing...

Ok I got it, I just didn't click "If you're shipping abroad please click here" so I did normally Like the japanese customers, I still entered the full tenso address so I'm sure it will be fine! My theory is that they have an automated tenso address with the shipping abroad option and the new line you need to enter there (new TS) doesn't correlate so they won't give you to order. I think that mu-mo needs to fix it before you can order with the "If you order abroad..." option.

yeah... I think that's the problem... I hope they'll fix it soon, 'cause I just got a new Credit Card and I want to buy FIVE and the new CDL T___T

You still can do it the way I did it, I don't think there should be problems but if there will I will post it. ^^

And what did you do exactly? Did you write the old tenso address?

I ordered before I had to change the address.

Uhm... I changed the TA address but not mumo's, so I just looked at my order (waiting to be shipped) and it appears that they'll send it to the old address LOL

I don't know what to do. **** this

Ok, my order arrived at Tenso so my method is successful! xD

No, I entered my new one.

When you enter to Team ayu shop, just don't click on the "Shipping abroad enter here" button and proceed with the Japanese click upons. When you reach the details window you will be able to insert the new address.
First you need to put the regional number and then click near it, then they automatically put tenso's new district in and then you put the rest of the needed address in their areas. After that you have just 2 more pages to click "confirm" (In Japanese) and that's all. ^^

Okay so, mu-mo (TA shop) finally shipped my copy of FIVE :thud

I just got the email, now I need to wait and see if it actually arrives to Tenso xD mu-mo wouldn't let me change the entire address (as you guys noticed already), but only my personal number, soo yeah... Time to wait :thud:thud

I am planning to join TA. But still not decide yet. But before made the final decision,I need to know these;

1. What will happen if we fail to pay the annual fee?
2. Do we have to pay for the gifts?
3. Do we have to pay anything except for the annual fee?
4. In a year, how much money we will have to pay except for the annual fee?
5. Or, are all the gifts, included in annual fee?

I was nearly done registering with TA but... i got this message instead '現在クレジットカード支払いはご利用いただけません。別のお支払い方法を選択していただくか、しばらく待ってから再度ご利用ください。' something about credit card payments not available. has anyone encounter this problem?

Does anyone know or can list the teamayu items they received for the past 4 months or so? I think for some of the past few months, I have not been receiving anything at all...no teamayu magazine, nothing. Just want to know what I am missing and then hope to somehow contact teamayu about it? Thanks for everyone's help!!! =)

Well, I think the last shipped item was in June/July. Now we have to wait the end of the month to get the new magazine ^^
