For me I'd say Nami Tamaki (2004-2008) and BoA. These two give other female Japanese singer/dancers a run for their money in my humble opinion.

For me of course Namie Amuro is the best one. By last years BoA've changed her image a lot, also in music - started from "Eat you up" - her choreographies are different. She's very good dancer too ^^*

Girl Next Door's Chisa was a dancer before debuting as a singer. Though most people don't pay attention to GND. haha

Also, TRF was considered -the- dance group of the 1990's. :innocent

More recently, members of EXILE are considered good at dancing.

As mentioned, in their heyday, SPEED was a great dance group, especially considering how young they were.

Boa and Koda Kumi. Namie is a good dancer but those two are in a class of their own.
