I think it may be inevitable that they'll show up in New York but you'd probably have to let Nosco USA know just in case? Just these appearing at all in the USA is a good sign!

I have a $200 credit with an airline that expires on Sept 2nd so I could possibly go. But to fly all the way there just to see a movie? But... I suppose, otherwise my credit will go to waste! It would be super rad if she made an appearance!

polka-dot-jewel 29th July 2012 05:21 AM

^ That reminds me I also have credits with Delta Airlines... I really have no plans for them, and if I used them, I would save A LOT of money!

JinHamasaki 29th July 2012 05:54 AM

I wonder what are the chances of her appearing...we know she loves L.A. *-*

It looks impossible, sadly.

Kouyou 29th July 2012 06:00 AM

Guh, why can't they show this in theaters across the US? It's not hard to have maybe one screening per state, but I guess I should be thankful they even have screenings here! :dead2 I wonder why there are no screenings in Europe or elsewhere. Maybe they will announce some later...?

the angel song 29th July 2012 06:21 AM

this is just really...strange. Like who thought it would sell well enough to show it to English audiences? I mean I can see ayufans in the area going to watch it, but not the rest of us scattered across the continent and I doubt the rest of the populace would wanna shell out the money. But any exposure is good for her I suppose.

I wonder if this is just by a group of fans who bought screening royalties to show the Blu-rays, or if Avex was involved in the planning someway?

truehappiness 29th July 2012 06:38 AM

I don't think they're simply showing the Blu-rays...

Seems like this group has had quite a lot of work in the past. They seem to be like the group that Luis Hernandez and Masashi Muto are under... aka BOUNCE Films. (It's also seen as LOVE Films I think)

They do production of DVDs, PVs, and other things.

Some works they've done:
Sony Walkman x Shota Shimizu and Jasmine
AI feat. The Jacksons - Letters in the Sky
Yuko Systems - Yuko Hair Salon PV
Union Bank - Alphanet
Tokyo Underground *drifting DVD*
Superfly - How Do I Survive?
MUSIC!ON TV's Superfly - Heroes of Woodstock
B'z Monster Garage DVD
Michael Jackson Tribute Concert
Chrysler - "Recruit"

This is great! But what about us European fans?! :(

Deep snow 29th July 2012 10:30 AM

Wow! So lucky! I really want to see the Rock 'n' Roll Circus tour in 3D. ayu-fans in Europe now can only wish.

owlflight 29th July 2012 11:21 AM

Why do I have to live on the east coast... I'll be out of the country anyway on those dates. I hope this is the start of something good for the international fans.

douggn 29th July 2012 11:45 AM
