While she looks totally beautiful in all those pictures, all I could think was "motherhood has done wonders for her boobs!" :laugh

Zeke. 31st May 2013 04:48 PM

Lol reminds me of Ayu (the style). The hair and everything.

I just realized the old thread hadnt gotten any hits in a few days and started wondering why. LOL

I only ever keep up with all the threads by those email notifications of replies. I don't tend to just go look every so often on my own. :P

And Kuu looks fabulous in those photos!! :D :D :D :D :D :heart :heart :heart :heart :heart

Why does it say "THE KODA" in the single description...?

ILoveGeniuses 1st June 2013 08:31 PM

^Because its bad English. LOL :P
Seriously though, they still haven't released much more info on the single, so it's hard to say what's going on it, or why it has that posted in the description. Of course, sometimes the name of the single isn't necessarily the title of the songs on it.

It said THE KODAワールド

ワールド in katakana says World

kaled kalil 1st June 2013 10:31 PM

And it's not even the single name, it still TBA.

Because that's my name for her and the world revolves around me :yes

I totally thought that was Ayu. And god, Japan needs to get some genetic diversity or something...

I never saw the original post... least dont think I did... anyways I know most hiragana, but my katakana is terrible. :(

what does boggle my mind sometimes is why sometimes is that an English title will just be written in English and other times they write in katakana....?

happiholic★ 2nd June 2013 01:36 AM

I've always found Katakana harder to memorize than Hiragana.

While I agree that Kuu's hair does resemble Ayu, I don't think Ayu would wear a dress with that much boob. At least, not inner side boob.

kumis 2nd June 2013 02:09 AM

I've always wondered why they do that too.. Japan is so strange. Song titles range from ALL CAPS to no caps at all to only the first word being capitalized and then they throw in some random katakana... though I think the only time Kuu has used katakana was for cover songs which makes sense since they're older and Japanese people didn't know how to read English words as well back then

I don't think it's really a language misunderstanding thing cause even Utada Hikaru who's fluent in English titles songs with all caps, half katakana half English, etc. So maybe it's just however the lyrics writer feels the song should be titled. To give it a certain vibe.

tenshi no hane 2nd June 2013 08:56 AM

Yeah, it's creative freedom. English, katakana, hiragana, kanji - each have their own vibe. They love to play around with them.

~

On the one hand, I hope we get a preview or something soon. On the other hand, I hope we won't because it'll make waiting for a full version even harder :laugh

I just thought it was their keyboards prevented normalization.
