Rei's debut album was officially announced on her Facebook page yesterday! The release date is indeed October 8th and the title of the album is Will. From what I can read from the announcement, the album will include all her single title tracks, including Let It Snow, and 6 new tracks, which include cover songs and "featuring" songs. (I guess they'll throw in some b-sides to round out the album.) The limited edition DVD will include her 5 music videos and bonus material.
