She have +500k followers on Instagram. That's kinda a big deal for brands tbh. A lot of people get paid to do product placement on Instagram. I'm not assuming that she is paid to post those things but some of them are probably paid or just gifts (like the iPhone case). Not to take it too seriously though.

Idk how it works with giving gifts for marketing, but 500k followers isn't much for a celebrity. E.g. BoA has 2 million followers on Instagram.

I don't think all of them are paid. But probably the watches she posts and "cheaper" stuff must be paid or just a way of thanking for the gift. And the fancy brands like Chanel, Hermés, Dior, etc she tags them probably to show that she owns it. :)
