I wonder when is she going to announce W FACE LIVE TOUR 2017 Blu-ray release date or is she going to bundle it with the new album? I highly doubt that that the live tour will be bundled with the next studio album at the same time it was done before for second session so it's not 100% out of the question.

Found out, that tickets are completely free-to-choose this time. The three times before the tickets were divided in blocks before the stage.
Japanese fans are really excited about that.
As we probably will never see anything of it anyway, it doesn't really matter.

I think I alone account for like 90% of all the plays for Kuu on Spotify. Today I was jamming to Feel My Mind, it’s nice when I’m driving in the fall. I have downloaded a few of her albums that I listen to the most to save data on my commute.

^yes it is. but a good one. Because I actually don't think it is a representation of old and new as you said - it's just her new stuff with some old hits. But what do I care - apple music is still the superior service. But i'm happy that there are ways all around the world to listen to her music legally.

Opinions aren't good or bad. They're debatable, but also always subjective.
Whatever streaming service, people will listen to the stuff they like. In general people do use Spotify to check out and listen to new releases, yes, but it also is an indicator what this group of people using that service prefer from an artist.
E.g. for Ayu there are 16 old songs and only 4 new songs in her top 20 right now.
Of course you have to see it in relation to the standing of the service.
Streaming e.g. exploded around the world - just in Japan it's stagnating. There are several more platforms for people to use there (like Awa and Line Music).
Spotify is especially heavily used in the West (and a bunch of Japanese stuff only available for Japan). Which is probably one reason 1. play numbers for Japanese artists in general on Spotify are quite small and 2. the statistic of artists is more influenced by their western and other asian fans.
