Everytime this pic gets shown, people overreact to it. If you've seen the video, you'll know that they're moving very quickly through a fan-filled corridor and Max Matsuura is actually trying to get her away so that there isn't a chance for someone to break through security.
Also, I'm surprised that no one's mentioned that this is really common (i.e. the accidental hand placement). Especially amongst people who you're comfortable with.

I don't really think that it was on purpose, but it does strike me as an odd part to grab, even if things are moving fast. While I've seen videos like this before, there's always some slight chance that maybe the guy did touch her there on purpose, just as there's the chance that he was trying to grab her back and his hand slipped. Since none of us were actually there, all we can assume upon is what we see with those pics.

In real time, I bet these pics, with the unusual hand placement, probably only lasted for a few seconds. Obviously Ayu has no problem with it. And Max is kinda weird anyway, so....heh

Yep I was thinking "hey but these are just pics, they don't show the whole movements n the scene. " Ayu was trying to wave to people while Max was quite of holding her. Since Ayu couldn't stand still I bet it might even have been her who end up making Max's hand accidentally going a little more to the top LOL
