i have my doubts about that. it is the concept itself that doesn't attract me. even if i could understand what they say, I still wouldn't like it. She should put more effort in her music. less tv, less extensive tours, better music.

I watched almost every episode of ayu ready? (except for like maybe one episode)... and so I'm really gonna miss it. I learned new things about her, by being able to see her interact with other guests and stuff. She made lots of interesting comments too!! It was kinda an insight to ayu's life, so I know I'll miss that a lot!

it's a sad thing, yes...
but maybe ayu will have more time to focus on her music now!
I would love to see the return of crea on all of her songs again!

If I knew japanese I would be probably even happier for the end of Ayu-ready?.....The last thing ayu should be doing is overexposing herself unecessarily...these things don't help to her career at all. I'm almost sure her popularity might have gone down being that program one of the reasons for it.

can't say I'm sorry to see it go ;) hopefully she'll go back to working on her music...

PURIN 11th March 2004 06:36 AM

i think she should go back to composing music and having frequent 2month releases again..
until her popularity starts to die down..should she then create a new TV show (just like smap/kinki kids)

s4kur4_88 12th March 2004 07:21 AM

A little sad to hear..
But I will support what she does as long as she think it's the best ^^

gasp* O_O

AfanforXX 13th March 2004 12:24 PM

maybe she should concentrate on her music, and NOT her image and public relations. She's the most overexposed person in jpop atm.

Hamasaki-Kurumi 13th March 2004 05:41 PM

Good luck AYU!

I don't see why everyone thinks she's over-exposed...if anything, she's LESS exposed than she used to be. Her releases are far less frequent, and she advertises for products a lot less than she used to. She was advertised so much more when she was still with Tu-Ka.

And for the show...I enjoy it. I think the more recent episodes are not as funny and enjoyable (to someone who only understands some Japanese) than the earlier ones were. I remember the episode with ELT, and that was hilarious!

I too would like to see the return of CREA though...every song except connected from "I Am..." was either composed or co-composed by her, and I, along with many others, consider that her best work. I think a lot of it though may be that her personal style leans towards a rock + club ish mix, and her voice is not as well suited for that anymore, like it once was. She's much more into ballads now...they're easier on the vocal chords.

I feel the same way. I really enjoyed all her shows. :cry
And I think, most people who truly love Ayu will miss it somehow - until something better comes out.
It just gave me a much more beautiful, admirable and lovely picture of Ayu - and I'm grateful for that.
And I want to say "thanks" for all those people who helped sharing those files.
Arrigatou Gozaimasu!!! :thumbsup
And for Ayu - I will support her, whatever she does. :)
