Yep, it was ayu - CREA!

WONDERLAND is SO twisted, yet for some reason I love it. Go figure.

If anyone's familiar with the book, this song totally made me think of "Something Wicked This Way Comes" by Ray Bradbury. If you're not familiar with it, it's got an evil carnival in it, basically. So yeah, enough said. @_@

I think it's cool that Ayu composed this one though...she's still got a LOT of creativity left, apparently. Hopefully she'll start composing even more now~

;_; i wanted my mom after i heard it.

CT_Cool 12th December 2004 03:02 PM

Does kind of remind me of one of those children doll houses in a horror movie :laugh But yeah I kind of cool :)

MM feeling, but it is just 1:33, am I right? or did i get another song?

ohsixthirty 12th December 2004 05:57 PM

Well, since this is "her story" and this is like a litte interlude, it makes me think that maybe it is a reflection on her life or career, in that it started out beautiful and innnocent and has turned darker and fearful. Or perhaps it represents her fans and critics going from liking her to laughing at her? I dunno. Then again, maybe she just thought it was cool.

I'll probably skip this track a lot though...1:33 of carnival creepiness is something I can only listen to every now and again I think.

voltron 12th December 2004 06:57 PM

Maybe she was inspired by the creepy blow up clown from her last arena tour...maybe it scared her a lot. or maybe it was the creepy circus people from a museum.

maybe she's now afraid of carnivals/circuses.

Larisa-chan 12th December 2004 07:12 PM

I think it's pretty creepy... it reminds me of that classic movie Killer Klowns from Outer Space <3 I like the track, though, it's totally different from the other songs haha. And it's Ayu's first song she's completely done by herself. Composed AND arranged <3 Sure it's very basic sounding, but it's neat :)

lilithberi 12th December 2004 07:40 PM

OMG.. am i the only one who's in love with this track??? I think it's so refreshing... and it's true that nowadays ppl associate clown with both innocence and horror ^^

m-a-z-e 12th December 2004 08:00 PM

I lost against temptation and downloaded the full album on BitTorrent...and when this track played...I swear I ran out of my bedroom until it had finished. x_x; It reminded me of the circus...and clowns...and bad memories including clowns...I hate clowns! *Breathes.* >_<

jkm444 12th December 2004 08:37 PM

I like it! It is not nosey like Catcher in the light. Its the perfect instrumental to use for Halloween!

boogieordie 12th December 2004 08:40 PM

It's creepy... that's why I LOVE it! :D

I'm gonna make a Farscape music video to this... :D

Teh Rii-Sama 12th December 2004 09:16 PM

@___@

*flashback to when Rii first heard it*

*thinking: Awwwww. ^____^ Little children! How sweet. <3 How could people possibly think this as - . . .HOLY CRAP. o_____o;;; CLOWN. THING. EVIL. WELL. . .maybe not clown. . .BUT STILL EEEVIIIIIIIL. @___@;;;;* . . .*stares at comp screen blankly until the song's over*

*flashback over!*

. . .'Nuff said, I hope. ><; Reminds me of the "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" movie. . .

XD I KNOW!! I guess i'm starting to appreciate it for it's shock factor....

Nyshal 12th December 2004 10:57 PM

When I played this song for my friend the first time, she told me that it reminded her of the martians attacking o.O; But here is the explanation:

:38 Raincloud
:49 the aliens are coming down...
:58 they landed...
1:05 open the door to come out and the people are laughing saying you can't ruin our fun o.O;
1:15 They attack
1:20 the laughter dies down... cause it's not very funny anymore
1:22 The aliens pack up and leave o.O;

So yeah... those are the first thoughts from a friend ^^; Think what you will...
