I think in one of her BBS' that she uses a program to draw them, or at least uses it in some way.

i never knew that, i always thought they were team ayu pics. thats AMAZING. very very very amazing! :yes

I think she either draw them in Macromedia Flash (great for cell shading) or Adobe Photoshop. My guess is that they are completely computer made.
