That's a good first album. I love the photobook. It's so cute. =)

My first was evolution.

First album was.. Duty, LOVEppears, and A Song for XX.

All at once. =D

:D!!

But I have a question about the DVD...I tried 2 play it but it wouldn't play... my dvd player said that it was an "Invalid Region". Then I looked on all my other dvds and they had region 1 on them, but my ayu dvd has region 2 on it. Has anyone else had this problem?

hopeorpain 16th August 2006 03:36 AM

you need to get a region free dvd player. for me I'd buy a really cheap one because those are usually region free. you can also play on your computer if you have a DVD drive.

*Liyah_123 16th August 2006 03:53 AM

^^oh that's good, I do have a dvd drive on my computer. Thank u!!

kyuusei 16th August 2006 03:56 AM

^ My DVD drive on my computer (iMac G5) is set to a region. I can change it, but I can only switch the region five times. The fifth time is permanent.

I don't know what PCs are like.

A few years ago I bought a Japanese PS2 (..that was NOT a cheap purchase) so I could play some imports. I just use that to watch my Ayu DVDs.

You could always find a region selection code here. Just search for your DVD player and it will give you instructions. :D

Use Power DVD, they should be able to play all region dvd without setting. or you might end up with that region forever...

which is now my problem. my comp is now set at code 2, but the dvd won't play well. it either freeze my player or there's no sound....i had made this thread for help, but so far no reply....

cybermoomba 16th August 2006 05:07 AM

Most DVD drives have a hardware region setting too, so PowerDVD won't help you there. Best thing to do is use DVD Decrypter to either rip a disc image to your harddrive and play from there, or burn to two discs like I do and watch on any DVD player. DVD Decrypter removes the region protection.

Her concert DVDs are DVD9, so you have to either burn to two DVD5's (standard ones you buy) or a dual layer DVD (DVD9 that you buy which is much more expensive). If you burn to a DVD9, you just need to extract the disc image with DVD Decrypter and burn. If you burn to two DVD5's, then follow the instructions on this website: http://www.doom9.org/
Go to guides->DVD/miniDVD->DVD backupguides->"DVD-9 -> 2 DVD±R"

The DVDs that come with albums and singles that only contain music videos and such are small cause there's not much video on them, so they are DVD5. Therefore with those, you can simply extract the image with DVD Decrypter and then burn. Also, Tsuki ni Shizumu and A Clips Vol.2 are DVD5.

but in my case, i think there's something wrong with my settings...since there's still no sound after i had rip it....click that thread under my siggy for more info. i'm desparate for help.....now i can't play ALL my dvds....
