I think most of the songs off those singles are quite boring.

truehappiness 11th September 2006 12:59 PM

IMHO, Ayu's single is the one with the highest value in it~ trackwise anyway as well as new material.

About Hikki;; it's WEIRD that there were so many copies sold o___o; I wonder how that happened LOL

I think that it's also a sign of the times that a lot of the songs are boring since it was like 6-7 years ago when these all came out.. :)

If First Love can sell 7~8 million, anything is possible for Hikki :D

I totally agree!:yes :D

slashess 12th September 2006 12:08 AM

woah! Hikki tooks over everything (You go girl)

bondingo 12th September 2006 02:50 AM

That's funny, because I own 6 of them already (all of Hikki's, "Everything", and "A"). I feel special, haha :)

As for "CAN YOU CELEBRATE?" being number one, I'm somewhat surprised. I knew that it was indeed quite a famous song, but I didn't know it was that famous. I mean, I absolutely adore Namie, but that's certainly not one of my favorites :D

Some crazy sales numbers ._.

jkm444 12th September 2006 04:23 AM

I am happy that namie is no.1 That is my all time fav song from her. Its to bad tat ayu only has one single in the top ten.

Princess_Of_Roses 12th September 2006 04:30 AM

7 is Imai Miki, I think. And Can You Celebrate? is the best-selling single for a female solo artist ever.

DA1SUK1DAY01691 12th September 2006 06:58 AM

Notice how nothing is after 2001 though.

Everything was crazy sellers back then. That's why Hikki also has 4 on there; this was her most active period.

Namie's "CAN YOU CELEBRATE?" is my most favorte song from her though. It's one of the BEST ballads I've heard, besides "SEASONS" and "First Love".

zeroshin888 13th September 2006 09:05 AM

Wow... Hikki topped like half the chart!

cleftjuston 13th September 2006 11:43 AM

i have no idea who no.9 is

Although I've never heard any of her songs, that's Tomomi Kahala.

andre2907 17th September 2006 01:23 AM

^ Yes, she was produced by Tetsuya Komura and was dating him at the time.

sexysaucestar 17th September 2006 02:12 AM

Wow, interesting list o_o I'm happy that Ayu, Utada, and Amuro made it :D
