True true, that's why I did not say anything. He was surprised because it was his first time.

And now back to big surprises...

JoJo: Too Little Too Late

Very GREAT surprise. Back when she first came out, she sucked so bad. Her voice was awful and childish and kiddy (of course, she was like 13 or 14 back then too... but everyone was all "OMG AWESOME SINGUR~!!!11" when LeAnn Rimes at 13/14 > JoJo at 13/14... of course, LeAnn at 15 also > JoJo at 15, but I'll give the girl a break this year since she's improved so much).

Her voice is great for her age now. Her range is improving, there's power and less nasal, kiddy sound... she sounds good.

Plus I love the song's sound. Mmmm.

But the lyrics are still a bit too mature for her. "I was young, and in love..." JoJo? You're 15. Shut the hell up. I'm 19 and even I don't say that crap yet.

Other than that, awesome song.

Also, Cassie's Me & U. Cassie has no talent (her singing is very very marginal. She's like... on par with Lumidee, so...), no personality.... the song is cold and soulless and heartless.

But god, it's catchy as hell, and that keeps me listening to it even though I despise every empty, robotic thing about it at the same time. It's also very fun to harmonize to the prechorus in the second verse.

JoJo's new single > Cassie.

100% with you on that one. The emptiness and coldness of her voice is so appealing to me, I hope she goes on with it instead of faking emotion like Rihanna.
