I think the fan just accidentally waved his hand right at the spot near ayu's assets..so maybe the guard thought he was trying to do something funny. IMO, I would definitely be arrested for molestation if im trying to get ayu's attention in such a chaotic situation :D i'll be waving my hands like a mad woman
