I hope Sweden win.

I love Eurovision I always make sure I watch it. Last year I REALLY wanted Bilan Dima to win. >.<

This year however, I actually want England to win even though that really is a long shot because I used to love the band Scooch back in the day. XD

maxikot 25th April 2007 09:05 PM

AyuHoney Sweden's last year representation was great...Carola ah, she was amazing ;) This year Swedish entry is much worse in my opinion.

Dustie 27th April 2007 01:51 PM

In Poland, Eurovision is already considered the top of the kitch and lack of taste in music... and it is so, I have to admit. The music is usually really, really badly produced, raw and almost amateur (not to mention there's tones of amateur music out there that's way better than Eurovision stuff), with very few exceptions (that luckily, are often the ones which win).

Years ago this contest promoted really amazing artists, now it's sounds like they put up completly random people...

I love Eurovision! I'm going for Malta this year... Hopefully the girl singing for Malta is as good as Ciara. :) I loved Russia's entry last year... I hope they do well this year

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLd-0qpPNR4 official preview of semi-final songs ;) It's not gonna be so bad I think...it all depends on people's tastes

JWBBPHOENIX 27th April 2007 06:41 PM

I don't like most of England's entries at all. In my opinion, this year's entry is awful, but I don't think anything can be worse than England's old 'What Did You Do Today' song with the rapper and schoolgirls. I can't remember the correct name for the song, sorry.

I quite like Carola (Sweden, previous performance), she has a pleasant voice :)

NO one will ever be as good as SIlvia night, so I don't think I care this year. :P

maxikot 29th April 2007 10:03 AM

Don't remind us her ... So stupid, so horrible. And the way she behaved after she had lost was just pathetic.

Sakura_Genki 29th April 2007 02:04 PM

Ah out of the entries from that Video I like Switzerland and Malta's entry the most.

Israel's entry make's me laugh. "PUSH DA BUTTON" x]

And Andorra's entry reminds me of Busted a little, except the guy who's singing is cute. I've never actually heard of a place called Andorra before.

tomoko-stepyou 29th April 2007 03:42 PM

Our song sucks...It's the campest thing inEurovision, and that's saying something. Why can't they ever enter artists who we like or have heard of? ....Or actually give a damn about?
Russia's entry is pretty good, but I'm not a Eurovision kinda person

And the worst this about our song: some may say it's catchy, when it is not. They are having to say that to stop themselves from screaming with laughter. It is just one of those songs that gets stuck in your head very very easily. Which is torture when it's not good.

maxikot 29th April 2007 06:06 PM

Now I agree with you. It becomes boring so fast. But take a look at Ukrainian and Danish entries...no comments.

HAH Everyone likes Carola :laugh

Well, just please god, no more Lordi type crap....

I know i know....1st time a band like that won....I've heard it....but NO. It was BAD.

Lumix 3rd May 2007 01:51 PM

Go, Czech!

Well, I like our & Malta's entry the most.

Bulgaria is kinda interesting.. although it reminds me too much of Matrix.

Some entries are really hilarious though.. like UK. Sorry guys. -____- Well, the contest should be fun and all, sure, but please, why does it have to be so cheeky and easy... "Time to Party / Shake it up".. I thought such songs are good for disco and not for an international event.

PS: Lithuania's "Love or Leave" sounds like "kiss 'o kill". XD

immel 3rd May 2007 02:25 PM

Sweden will win.

Do we have any assassins around? I might want to sign a contract for Carola.

criminal 3rd May 2007 03:35 PM

Oh, Carola. She was the diva last year (considering Silvia Night was just an actress).
The Estonian entry this year is a snoozefest. The song won purely because of the newly found fame of the singer who's actually quite talented, but doesn't get a chance to show the talents with this mediocre song.
From the ~10 entries I've heard, I remember liking Georgia's.

XFER 4th May 2007 12:15 AM

THANKS Kingogpop!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!

I am currently listening to the songs, and there are a few that are great, even if there are many duds. I already checked pictures of some contestants, so I am sure I will enoy Turkey's song :D :D :D

Oh, and I didn't like Carola

maxikot 6th May 2007 06:40 PM

On official page we can find photos from rehearsals, the stage is not as good as the Greek one, but i think its gonna be good show. 6 days left, I think Russia has very high chances to reach good position, their song is really good one. Can't wait for concert ;)

Dawnie 6th May 2007 08:20 PM

I really dislike England's entry its really bad but not in the usual cute way that Eurovision usually is. We are gonna get no votes at all :( and this time it probably won't be for political reasons
