damn after a few listen I'm so addicted to the song ...I'm not a brit fan to begin with but
I can so see this song to be big in clubs though
great job b!

...I don't think Cold As Fire is that hot at all...the voice she uses is ruining the song for me

I don't like Cold as Fire, it would fit a teenager but you don't expect it from a mother of two kids, Gimmy is better but nothing I'd like to hear twice. Generally I thought she will create more adult album but she acts as if nothing changed in her life since the last album...

love at first listen!!

Ummmm.... I found it boring... U would expect an awesome uptempo song for a comeback single...

paper_doll 31st August 2007 06:52 PM

A lot better than I was expecting, but it seems lacking something :/ I dunno. Very catchy, though!

Gimme More is so...lolable. I expect it to be played alot in clubs, and played less out in public. Mainly because in clubs no one really listens to the actual song, but the beat of the song; anything they can dance to you know? And that single is just that, it's a mainstream Timbaland flop. This reminds me of how China Wine got popular lol.

Actually it's by Danja ^^;

I like it.

I agree. The repetitive chorus isn't even exciting, and I just find the song unintelligent and dull (not to mention ****ty). I'm really dissappointed. She needed something a lot more shockingly awesome for a comeback single. I really don't think this will bring her back into the hearts of lost fans.

I love the (un)official remix of gimme more with T.I!!!

click!

CREA.tive 31st August 2007 10:42 PM

That's catchy all right! And I like it x.x

namiie 31st August 2007 10:54 PM

Eh, sounds pretty generic poppy to me. To really make a comeback she needs a really really dynamic song; something gripping along the lines of "Toxic" or something.

Luv ~Venus~ 31st August 2007 11:47 PM

Eh! *scratches head* What the -- I'm gonna call this song, Gimme Me More Crap bcuz that's what that song sounds like, CRAP! *sighs* I know she better than that! She needs to get to her earlier producers and management or whoever gave her some crazy hits like I'ma Slave 4 U and Toxic!!!

maumau.drop 1st September 2007 03:17 AM

It's very catchy, I loved the song, I was hoping something different mas this song is fine.

And cold as fire is a b-side, won't be in the album

Joey4u615 1st September 2007 03:35 AM

i like them both, the more i listen, the more i like.

i'm rooting for her to get herself together and make a comeback

Calico 1st September 2007 06:09 AM

It's...it's actually quite good! o_O I could imagine it being on In the Zone.

Now, if all the other songs are like this on the album, I'd be tempted to get it.

Luv ~Venus~ 1st September 2007 06:38 AM

^It's just that doesn't sound like HER voice....more like her little sister Jamie!!

julian 1st September 2007 09:07 PM

This song is massive!

On Sydney radio in Australia, it's been number one for 2 days, the number of days it's been released.

So far on mediabase she's reached number 59 based on spins alone. I believe her audience impressions are even higher. I wouldn't be surprised if she achieved a top 20 debut, apparently this track is the fastest to ever chart on mediabase in a period of less than 24 hours (she charted at 80).

Pretty good, I figured she would just crash and burn when she tried to make a come back, but maybe it'll catch on. I can definitely see this being played at clubs and dances.

I think their happy bcuz she's finally releasing a freaky song. Jeez, it's been like what? 2 years since she's had a single lead alone a song to be released. I want to see the PV now!
