I think it really just means something along the lines of 'don't disturb me now', like the way someone wants to be left alone to think things through. But she doesn't want to be abandoned. She wants alone time/individual space but doesn't want to feel lonely.

Basically she is saying Just go away and leave me but don't let me be the one thats alone because of the like trouble or whatever.

I like em :D They're her usual recent style but I like it. She must be pretty depressed lately.

I think she is voicing her conflicting feelings....she wants to be left alone, and yet she doesn't want to be left alone....she's angry at him, but wants him to stay....yanno? It's like in HANABI episode 2 when she says "I want to forget, but I don't want to forget".
