I love their "It's Not Over Yet" cover, but I thought it was by the Klaxons. Oakenfold did it?
|
Yeah, it was originally by Planet Perfecto which is a pseudonym of Paul Oakenfold with Grace on lyrics. I'm pretty sure I have it on some old trance CD somewhere, I always figured it was a cover too. :laugh

"Seventh Tree" has now been officially released worldwide! To celebrate, download the "4Music Presents" 5-song mini-concert here! Don't forget to pick up a copy of the album, too! :D |
I got the album yesterday - the cover sold me! Fave track so far is Clowns!

Ehhh I can't really get into their new album.I miss the sexyness of Black Cherry and Supernature.

YAYYY, I GOT MY DELUXE CD+DVD BOX AND "A&E" SINGLE TODAY!!
Sorry, I just felt like bragging! :P The mini box set is gorgeous --- I can really tell that a lot of work went into designing it. I'm forcing myself to wait until I finish my computer science homework to open it, though... |

It's a bit late, but here's their latest video ---- "Caravan Girl." It's a bit plain, but pleasant nonetheless.
And here's "Happiness," for those who missed it. |
Everytime I see this thread name, I think of that liquor with the gold flakes floating in it. They have nice music though.
|
Goldschläger?
|
^ Yeah! Isn't there a program with a similiar to this band too?
|
THREAD DIED.

new single [rocket]
some assorted remixes |
I like Goldfrapp very much, but I don't like seeing the album will have only 9 tracks! Judging by the first single, I know I am fooling myself, but I wish they're go back to the sound of Felt Mountain.
|
^ so go buy 7th tree ;)
|
The way I see it, Felt Mountain was more trip hop and Seventh Tree was more folk. I don't see them as similar works :(
