I don't feel sorry for her in any way. She's too diva wannabe...being rude and giving attitude. I agree with melon panda that she's way too early in her career to be like this....just because she had a hit drama and all. She have potental to be a huge star. She got the looks, can act and is a singer (with good music) If it wasn't for her attitude, I would of been her fan. I like her music but I don't feel like buying her stuff.

I really don't care if she's a total b-tch, her music rocks and her acting is excellent. She's really talented. I used to bothered with her attitude, but not anymore.

I find 'Erika-sama' very amusing. She seems to have a very high and mighty kind of attitude that is very unattractive. What I find amusing about that is that she has the nerve to be that way. I mean, doesn't she know that her job depends on her reputation. It actually matters how people perceive her, but she doesn't seem to think of that.

I remember when she advertised the new shrimp burger for McDonald's in Japan.

I don't have any opinion on her, though, I just thought that the videos of her being a snot to the press were funny.

I'm tired of hearing about this Erika girl. I tried listening to her music and even watching some of her movies, and she is totally overrated. She probably acts stuck up because she knows everything she does ABSOLUTELY SUCKS.

Her music is tired, and her acting is a little amateurish to me. Maybe I should try watching 1 litre of tears...but I most highly doubt it will change my opinion of her.

I like her acting, her singing might not be perfect, but she just needs more exp. as she barely done a few songs for now. And for an odd reason her pop/rock songs suit me perfectly :D I don't care for her personality, at all, as long as she keeps making stuff I like.

because it matters what type of person an actor is or is not? and how they act outside of their roles pretty much creates the basis for whether or not people should think so much of them or think little of a person.

all i'd heard about erika was that she was in a bad mood and created a ~scandal~ by being rude to the press. i didn't think it was such a big deal, but then i read this thread and see that some of you have this impression that she's very stuck up and full of herself and *that* i find very interesting and quite telling.

usually i'm a staunch believer that media figures are just people, too, and it's natural for them to slip up, but if she's really a spoiled brat than i couldn't care less about her or how her reputation suffers/improves because of her attitude.

She's pretty & a really talented actress but unfortunately, her attitude has proved to be a problem. Even before her famous "betsu ni" incident, she wasn't exactly red carpet worthy. She'd strut around chewing gum like a cow. There were rumors that she was dropped from some ad campaigns because she was such a pain to work with (her people say the contact simply ended.)
It seems Erika doesn't even care about her career now, since she's still cavorting around with her boyfriend. Allegedly she's doing English study amongst other self-improving hobbies. If I were her management, I'd be really angry because it really looked like her career was on the rise but it's all but halted now.
