i like ku and all, but she's only in the list because she's popular. her fashion really isnt that...difinitive? iunno, she's not really a fashionista. mostly because she usually lacks clothing and/or her clothing is not that nice...granted im not saying EVERYTHING she wears is bad, but in my taste...its not all that appealing.

as for ayu, she's more of a couture person, something you;d see on runways rather than commercial, which I like better. her current style isn't all that copy-able, but it's no doubt amazingly beautiful!

and tsuyoshi is AWESOME. haha. as for the res,t i dont really know much about them. i do like kaela's hair though :)

glad to see ayu no# 1...she does have very unqiue fashion styles...and gives off the feeling that she have total control over her fashion. :) Namie should definitely be there...atleast no #2 if not no #1. Koda shouldn't be there atleast not so high up on the list. Her fashion sense since 2007 got bad...:dead2 Mika is good too...but she's not there.

I think this poll was made for college students in order to know which of these artists would look the best to have fashion clothes designed using their sillhouette - so yep, who'd be the best model for fashion designing. It would be really weird to point any of those as them "designing" the fashion, because they're singers/performers, not stylists. I mean, ayu might have refined tastes for what she buys, but it doesn't mean she'd make a good creator of clothes designs. Both things are totally unrelated. I love music but I'm a horrible composer and I can't play instruments. See where I'm getting at? I guess we need a more clarifying translation on what that poll was indeed.

Maybe you posted the right translation, but since in the koda kumi forum they mention kumi was chosen because of how her body fits for sexy clothes, maybe there might be a little mistake on the interpretation...or maybe japanese ppl just chose the weirdest reason for chosing kuu, and that's confusing us ahahahha

Koda Kumi as #2? That I definitely don't agree with. None of her outfits stand out in the "fashion" sense. Ayumi's clothes may not be completely practical as of late, but much of high fashion isn't.
