The VMAJ's came out in 2001. =/ I know because Hikki won Best Viewer Choice Awards for Can You Keep A Secret.

^Hmmm....that's strange. On wiki, they also listed Hikki getting a MTV award for CYKAS. Maybe she got an award from the MTV Asia awards then and not VMJA! DDDD:
