It's totally photoshopped.
The picture of Ayu is from A BALLADS.
And the picture of Utada is from something Exodus related, I believe.

There´s no replacement for Nagase, they were absolutely perfect... best couple ever!! Anyway, I think Tanaka Roma is extremely hot, but he is a bit too young for Ayu I think? xDD (just throwing someone in, not serious xD)
