You don't have to be informed to know that something that's on Zoom In! isn't really the PV itself..

They show a little clip and talk about it and then it's over. The PV actually comes out when it's on music video sites on some schedule. That isn't to say that footage wasn't shown.. since it was. Just not the whole thing.

I think this person was watching Zoom In! and was surprised to see the PV or w/e. We could've seen it like via KeyHoleTV, but no one had any prior notice.. so..

Singer Hamasaki Ayumi's promotional video for the song GREEN from her second single (release 2008/12/17) in her 10th anniversary year was undisclosed until the 25th. The gigantic out-door shooting took place in suburbian Shanghai in mid-October. In the scenery of a special street in 1930s Asian style Hamasaki was dressed up as a showgirl in a light brown dress with greyish feathers. The dress also reflected the communistic China. Top-notch people from Hong-Kong, Taiwan and all over China belonged to the filming crew, delivering a movie-like piece. 200 local extras were hired, who said they had to film day and night for three days through.

So it's like truehappiness said. But at least there are some details about the shooting here :)
