Well, I have a friend who is the kindest person in the world (xd) He entered my personal information (name in katakana, my email and age) but his japanese address and his account number... So in fact, who becomes a TA member is my friend but putting my name instead of his. He puts the pasword I want, and voilà.

Then everytime TA sends something to his house he send it to me and I pay the sending costs and so...

This is the way a non-japanese can become a TA member ^^
