^ It's like a normal wrapper, just that it's wider so that it can fit the multi-CD jewel cases like Ayu's, just that the top area is exposed since there's no seal. I tried taking pictures but it's hardly noticeable D:

I bought it too, and like MeatPao said, it has no resealable tape. After u put the cd inside, one side wont be closed by the wrapper. Easier to say, the mechanism is same as u wear ur cd a plastic slip case, like slip case for at08 dvd, just its not a "hard" plastic.
