Seems a lot of people missed that this is supposed to be from the 2009 Oricon year. Therefore Past<Future and You Were don't count unfortunately.

I'm downloading that now. :) Up to disc 3. It would have been a toss up for me between that and Arashi, but Momoe's actually would technically count for 2010, not 2009. But damn, when I saw that release I was like :love I really hope they do that for other artists too. What's even more mind boggling is how many performances she did. Just on the Best 10 show alone she performed over 100 times in just 2 years!

Ah, yeah, I always keep forgetting that the ORICON year doesn't end on Dec-31. The amount of performances is indeed unreal. She was ranked in the Top Ten 122 (or 120, depending on the count) times, does that mean she didn't refuse/cancel a single appearance? Well, we will know for sure once we have watched all five discs.

The Best Ten was a weekly show. Basically, this means that Momoe appeared on TV all the time, doesn't it? :) I also hope that they will do other artists, too. It's a fantastic idea. I was quite surprised (in a good way) two months ago when I read about this release on a Japanese blog. A Seiko or Akina DVD box would be awesome. Although they both had more than 200 Top Ten ranking positions on the show, so the boxes would be humongous. It's a fact that Seiko turned down most of The Best Ten invitations during the later part of the 80s (1987-1989). I'm not too sure about Akina, but I've confirmed that she has done at least 180+ performances. Kyoko Koizumi and Miho Nakayama boxes would be welcome as well. Which artist(s) would you like to see?

- I think Trick is a great album! It has alot of amazing songs, like Taboo or Driving. At first I wasn't really a big fan of the album, but now I've really started to love it!

- Rule/Sparkle totally deserves the title! Even the covers are great (even though I didn't like them at first). I was really happy that Ayu finally released a single with lots of remixes, and all of them are great!

- I still haven't watched the whole concert yet (>.<), but I've watched some performances on YouTube and they were all amazing! I loved the opening of the concert and the performance of This is not a love song was amazingness. :heart
